The bartender, Jason, is a great host and is always able to make up fun cocktails on the fly and provide his recommendations for menu and drinks. The tavern is cozy and casual and it’s a great spot to relax whether you’re traveling or a local resident.

The AC unit in my room was loud. Everything else? 10 STARS!!! Great location, one of the best showers I have ever used, wonderful dinner at the tavern and all around a highlight of my trip. One downfall? Parking on the street, I was worried I would get a ticket because of the 2 hour limit. Would I stay there again? ABSOLUTELY.

Didn't stay overnight, can't rate rooms. Super awesome staff in restaurant. Meal was delicious! Thank you for having us! We will be back, often.Nearby activities: Pipe factory on Front Street is where Elmer Jones worked.Food & drinks: Expansion and changing selections of NA drinks. Nice.Noteworthy details: This Hotel has a long and storied history. Before WW2, my grandfather and grandmother honeymooned here the night before he left for France. Elmer E. Jones came home from war, and the whole family celebrated here.

The restaurant was phenomenal! Jason and Katie worked the bar together so well, no bickering and had great attitudes even while being flooded on a Saturday night. The food was cooked to perfection! Especially for the small amount paid for multiple drinks. Appetizers and entrees. Definitely stop in when in the area!
