We were in town from out of state to visit family and ordered through the app. Changed the address in the app, the order showed the order was sent to the Washington store. It was not. When we went to pick up order there was no record of it. Through some sort of tech snafu, the order was instead sent to our usual location at home.After hearing what happened, the WashMO Papa John’s filled the order anyway so that we were not out the money. This act of excellent customer service was very appreciated! We will remember this next time we are in town and looking for a pizza fix.

I picked up a couple of delivery orders for doordash for my customers everything looked and smelled good but the children working unsupervised one kid in particular had a big carnival style sucker in his mouth while he was handling the food packaging the food just the thought of that nasty drool and sticky no gloved hands all over the food that I would be paying way too much for compared to Domino's or Pizza Hut with less than favorable dare I say unsanitary conditions no thank you I mean you don't eat food while you'll preparing and serving food it was gross to say the least

I picked up my order took home and ordered some sauce on the side I got it home and sauce was sour and spoiled I got sick after eating some of it called the manager he didn't say he was sorry or anything was very rude so I didn't get a different pizza or sauce got nothing none the less bad manager

We often use because they deliver, love their stuffed crusts and variety of toppings. When a pizza is too much we order Papa Dias which is a small pizza good over sandwich.

i have ordered pizza pizza 2 days from this location the 1st day i ordered 2 medium pizzas 1 bacon and peperoni the other half bacon and peperoni half hamburger they made the whole 2nd pizza peperoni bacon and hamburger so i called they said next order they will give a free pizza so on the second day i called got my free pizza and cause got me my pizza cause the other is for my mom but she don't eat much pizza so now days i always get her pizza half made my way or it would just go in the trash but but here we are day 2 1 being a replacement pizza and the pizzas was not cut right i had to cut my pizza after messing up the first slice thinking was cut idk if they did not cut it right cause it was a replacement pizza or what but for that i am now leaving a review with only 3 stars this location needs to get it's act together everyone was nice but does not mean it is okay to not be taking customers seriously i hope this location can learn from this mistake and grow even better other then that food was fresh and everyone was nice i do not want to see anyone in trouble but this used as a learning experience

My dad and I went in today, wanting two pizzas. Was told by the owner himself he and his staff couldn't help us for 20 mins or so because they were so busy with other orders. My dad and I were like fine! we walked right out. Lousy customer service, at least step aside for a moment to grab our order, we could've waited. Instead we felt shooed out.

I was behind beg man in line at take out and it took century for order to be takin I was flabbergasted about order was completed but all was decent no American food though was disappoint. Maybe if the establishment was left leaning instead of this disgusting republican nonsense I would return but no wheel chair ramp.
