It was a Friday morning and there was a line outside in the dive thru. We went inside to order our food from the touch screen kiosk. Everyone was busy preparing the others and then someone came from the nack and apologized for not greeting us. I'm from Wisconsin and come down to visit once a year and always come to this Steak & Shake. The food is always amazing.
In the short time that I did work there, they were always kind and courteous to not only the customers, but the other staff they had working there.

They gave us a plain greasy burger with no bun rather than the garlic butter burger we ordered. Also forgot to give us a chicken tender so we only got 2. I wonder if the store has new management because this is a stark fall off in quality.

Drive thru.May have a wait however, the food's fresh and made to order as well as warm / hot depending on the length of your drive to your eatin location.Also, they no longer have the vegetable beef soup. It has been discontinued at this location.Try there onion rings, they're real, not bits of onions in a batter shaped in a circle.Thank you!

They got our order wrong then the first time my dad called the lady was rude and hung up on him. Then the second time she pretended to be someone else. Then the second time whe was not necessarily nice. If you go there and they have a record of doing this you probably should make sure that you are aware that they might do this to you.

It is more like a McDonald's now than a sit-down restaurant. You have to order your food through a kiosk. When they call you name, you have to go get your food. Then they want you to clear the table, and they still have the nerve to ask for a tip. The sandwiches are a lot smaller, and the shakes don't taste like milk shakes anymore.
