My family and I went there last night and it was 2 young girls and a young gentleman. He was cleaning the lobby and looking for someone because he was constantly looking out the window and walking outside. The girls in the back one was wearing see thru white pants you could see her black thong through them whenever she turned around. Since when is subway so relaxed on their work uniform?

I love eating here, especially during the summer months. I always get the cold cut combo. Ya, it's the cheapest thing on the menu and I'm a person that strives to get the best value for my money. This Washington store was definitely friendlier than the Union store. And everything was fresh and delicious. I would recommend eating here. The only negative is that they don't honor any of the coupons they keep sending me in the mail.

I came in and got a footlong (food was great dont get me wrong) but as I was sitting in the lobby area eating I noticed 2 of the 3 girls working were vaping out in the open where any customer could have seen it happening, and they proceeded to "quietly" make fun of me as they were walking in back, like I said food was great but the workers you guys have are horrible

Service was nice, food was awesome and I have left-overs for tonight. Thanks, I will say, that's more than can be said for many places around town. Subway is Subway, but if you are there during lunch rush and the workers still go out of their way to be happy, (whether or not they are) it's so nice and refreshing. It makes "just going for a quick bite" really enjoyable. It was clean inside and out.

This was a great experience. My sandwich maker had such kind words to say and was very skilled in his profession. He was such a gentleman that I doubt any other person could match his service. The sandwich was delicious and was reasonably priced. Would definitely visit again.

This place is honestly a lot better than people give it credit for. For the amount of food you get for the price you pay, I'd say this restaurant is a wise choice. If you want something you KNOW is fresh, to know how long it takes to get your food ready, and having the ability to correct any mistakes on the spot, this is the place for you, as well.They have plenty of options for what to eat as far as types of meats and vegetables.My preferred sub is Steak, egg, and cheese on Italian (white bread), with extra steak, white American as well as regular American cheese, Bacon, sausage, lettuce, tomato, and salt and pepper.Whereas Five Guys is my favorite burger place, because I know it's fresh, and it TASTES fresh, Subway is my go to sandwich place. Hands down, one of the best places to eat in Washington, if your bigger concerns are portions, freshness, flavor, and value.

The Union and Washington branches have SERIOUS ISSUES. Management is an absolute joke. The owner needs to be contacted immediately at the state of things at these locations, though I couldn't find out who the owner is. The district manager Lucy needs to be fired. Very poor judgement, poor leadership, poor decision making, impulsive, poor conflict resolution, poor communication, no real care into what she does. Wants to put in the minimal effort and move on even if that means at the expense of others. Management is an absolute disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves, and nearly made a family in need destitute. If the owner reads this, you can reach out to me for further information.
