Whoever made my Chipotle chicken wrap tonight needs a raise asap. I’ve been getting it at the Saint Clair Taco Bell since it came out, I didn’t know it was suppose to have this much chicken, apparently they were doing me so dirty every time! My favorite Taco Bell, I love going there on my breaks!

Our car broke down on the drive to Six Flags and one of the employees very kindly helped to jump start our car. 10/10 customer service. He never gave us his name, but we'll always be thankful. Thanks again, man. Taco Bell isn't an establishment. It's a family.

My order has always been correct and made properly. The staff is always courteous, which you don't find at many fast food restaurants. The dining room is usually cleaned and in good order. They must have above average managers working here. Keep up the good work.

Taco bells burritos always taste good, but later on us when it doesn't agree with me. Personally, I will not eat here again. I woke up in the middle of the night with a massive tummy ache. Also, the prices have gone up to ridiculous prices, unless you eat from the bargain menu. I wouldn't recommend eating here because of the after affects.

I have pretty much given up on Taco Bell with the exception of this location (we live 20+ miles from here). The folks here always prep the food well, are genuinely friendly, and deliver value. Hats off to Washington Taco Bell.

You have a sign that says inside open, with no time on the sign. Also, very, very slow drive through. Washington is growing and you don’t keep up with the town.. crazy how slow you are inside and drive through. I witnessed 2 vehicles leave the line. That is money lost. You’d think you would want to do something about it..also, we have been in drive through for 45 minutes.?

The customer service from the workers running the drive-thru on 12/9/22 around 10pm was horrible. They were were extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. They had the absolute worst customer service that I've experienced in a long time. Whoever is in charge of that team needs to reevaluate their workers for sure.

The two ladies who run this Washington location do a wonderful job they're extremely friendly, and the order is always correct.
Ordered the 3 taco supreme combo. Those are supposed to be bigger than the regular tacos, but it seems that it's just a bigger shell with the same amount of ingredients as a regular taco. Maybe if I had gotten the sour cream it would have looked like there was more in it ?!

I ordered lemonade and got fruit punch, had food for two people and got 1 napkin and I didn't get any of the sauce I asked for. I remember why I don't go there.

I went there today i got the crunch wrap combo i said no sour cream on it and i said im not even going back 2 Washington. I know they were busy but slow down make sure u get the order right.what waist of money

My order was messed up.. and smoothers it with creamy jalapeño and i didn't want that on my sand-which .. i called several times and no-one was answering .. and so I knocked on the door and the girl answered saying that I have to go through the drive-through and I told her that there’s six cars in the drive-through. And that my food will get cold by the time I get through. Then she shrugged her shoulders and just walks away from me inside and still nobody would answer the phone after that incident either so I can try and get my food remade because I wasn’t going through the drive-through again waiting 15 minutes for my food.
