Drive through cashier was friendly and patient as I was ordering for 4 people. Double checked the order to make sure it was right, as usual at this particular Arby's it was right. Food was good, fries could have been fresher.
overall good experience. they were in the dinner rush, or what I think it would be... order was taken quickly considering and food came speedy enough considering bur the customer service.... outstanding.

Went through the drive through. Was handed the wrong order. Didn't check before leaving so we will be doing that from now on. Pretty sure the order qas old too because the food was relatively cold by the time I got to our house.
