I wouldn't consider this place " Chinese food" by any means. It is more like Wing stop but with more of a Chinese style sauces and side dishes. But even then, it's kinda hard to compare it to actual Chinese food. The egg rolls are what is keeping this review at a 4 star, though.

So, my son just picked me up lunch from here. Ordered Peppersteak with only onions and meat. He gets it home to me only to find out was not what was ordered. Mushrooms, baby corn, green bell peppers all in order that was only to be meat and onions. Highly suggest that you make them open your order in front if you to make sure you are getting "EXACTLY" what you are requesting. Well at least my garbage disposal got to eat lunch today. Personally, I will never order from here again.

The fried rice has yellow die to make it not whote rice. Not actually fried rice. The General TSO chicken is less than average. Order at this location was messed up.

The food was horrible. You could.tell whonever was innthe kitchen had no idea what they were doing. The chicken had been cut with the grain making it very tough, and the breading wouldn't stay on at all. Disappointing. The person taking order was friendly and attentive.

Reading the recent reviews are pretty good so I’m not understanding why my food was gross both my wife and my chicken was tough and disgusting and was missing the cashews and onions on an order. The chicken was like it was cooked hours prior. This was on a Friday night so no excuse there. It had been a year since I ordered because of similar problems. Crab Rangoons were good and that’s about it. I have when your order is crammed in a small bag and all tied up so you can’t check before you leave only to get the disappointment once you’re home. I only expect what I order and pay for. And most of this food went in the trash. Bamboo Garden in Carthage it is from now on
