Okay there's a thousand Mexican restaurants to choose from and this is one of the first times I've ever been offered two different types of hot sauce with my chips and they were both awesome. On top of that my enchiladas were top three favorite I've ever had. Served with actual pieces of meat on top of the enchilada in the sauce as well as inside and were incredibly fresh.

Food is a bit on the bland side. Needs more seasoning. Chips are good. Salsa is pure tomato sauce with a sweet flavor. Salsa needs some peppers and onions to bring it back to life. There is a more authentic salsa that you can request. This salsa is spicy and is bursting with fresh ingredients. They used to have a torta, which I would get torta de carnitas, for $7.99, but that special is no longer available. It was a heck of a deal and it even came with fries. The staff is very kind and courteous and very attentive. They all hustle there.

Let me preface this by stating that our waitress was phenomenal, we liked the prices, the restrooms were spotless and smelled great.I ordered the burrito and enchilada and received a small flour tortilla with ground beef and a larger flour tortilla with ground beef, both drowned in cheese sauce. Cheese sauce was good but I was quickly burnt out on all the cheese since there was no other flavor. The flavor of the ground beef was bland, kind of dog-food-like, and the texture was weirdly soft, like it was being boiled or was frozen and rewarmed or something. I was disappointed that the enchilada didn't have more to it than the burrito. Legitimately, the only difference between the two was the size of the tortillas. There was no enchilada sauce or seasoning. The salsa tasted bitter and needed both salt and lime juice. I was really unimpressed with the quality of food here. I could not finish the food and I lost my appetite.

This little gem is a hidden secret! Amazing Mexican food in Missouri!! So glad we reeeeeally wanted Mexican and stopped by here on our way through. You impressed these Texas girls and that's saying a lot! ? ❤️ ❤️Vegetarian options: The vegetarian quesadilla is DELICIOUS!! I'm not even vegetarian, but I had to try it cause my friend loved it so much. Big yes, huge flavor, so good!

Food was terrible and they took it upon themselves to add a tip to my credit card after I left a cash tip! Definitely would not recommend!

Thank you for our food, drink, and service. Mango Habanero Aguachile pairs well with the Cantarito. Our kiddo has plenty to choose from and my husband get full off of anything he orders.

The absolute worst Mexican food. Zero flavor on the meal and salsa. The only good thing was the queso.

Cantina Bravo looks fine and the food was good, but the service and over charging was a disaster. They only knew what drinks and meals went to the entire group, certainly not who ordered what. When they brought tickets out we were able to get that straight, fairly quickly, but that all changed when they returned with the charged/paid tickets. I went with a group of about ten people. Each person or couple paid separately. One person paid for her meal with cash, before I paid with my card, but when they returned with my card, they had a different total, by the cash paid meal price. They offered to pay cash for the difference, which I refused, simply on principle. When I checked my charges they had a hold on the original $20+ and the additional $36+. Yesterday the original checked and they had replaced the $20+ with the authorized $25 charge, but have yet to clear the $36+ charge. I called and was told to call back today any time after 10:30am, but when I did call, I was told no one would be in today that could help me.

Seated quickly, server was quite friendly, and prompt on refills.. food tasted great. I've tried someone different just about every time I have come here and it's always good. They have service where you can get the guac made tableside, which is fun and allows you to customize your own guac ingredients. Would recommend.
