I've been to gringos off and on since like 2012, I've known multiple workers from gringos who have told me that working there has made them have suicidal thoughts between the owners who's only care about making a profit and not providing the store with the maintenance and repairs the store is due, the insanely rude managers lona and Janelle (however their names are spelt) being as rude as possible to the workers and the customers, the broken facilities in the men's restroom for years (your only mens toilet isn't supposed to wobble), the ridiculously over priced food (almost $2 for a tortilla filled with only cold cheese). The owners only care about making a profit which is ironic cause they can't keep their portfolio in the positive and can't manage to have more than 1 location. Over the years I've known at least half the staff and not a single employee has ever left gringos with a single positive thing to say about the owners. It's an absolute shame that they fired the only general manager who had a positive outlook and was genuinely friendly and kind to the customers and employees. If I could leave a 0/5 I would.

This may be the OG but I was really disappointed with my order today. Burrito was fantastic but my side of rice which was almost $4 was terrible. I honestly thought it was refried beans at first. Rice didn’t look like rice. Almost looked like quinoa. Parts of it was way over seasoned to the point it tasted like raw jalapeño (just clumps of seasoning or something). Plus there was so much grease on top. I feel this was pre-packaged and sitting under a heat lamp. The cheese was brown and not fresh either which I think caused so much grease.Overall a really good place to eat, but for the cost then quality of my rice, that wasn’t worth it. These prices are like that of McDonalds or Starbucks. $10 for a burrito and side of rice. It’s good, but not that good. Lower prices and I’ll come back or increase the quantity or quality of product. Still recommending people to go there I just personally won’t for a while.

Person working Drive-thru was friendly and patient. We had a large order. They got our order correct the first time. We had a short wait due to the size of our order. The employee who brought our food to our vehicle was patient and pleasant as we checked to make sure we had everything we ordered.Dietary restrictions: There are foods that I cannot eat. They have plenty of food I can eat.Parking: It depends on what time of day/night and the size of your vehicle. The Drive-thru can be challenging for larger vehicles.Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu has several options.

Most definitely better than Taco Bell!Parking: Plenty of free parking!Kid-friendliness: It is a place you bring your kiddos & eat there with them.Wheelchair accessibility: They don't have the doors that will automatically open for you. I would just make sure you have someone to help you roll right in
Went inside to sit and eat and relax.the place was super clean,my service from a nice kid ,so respectful and ready to go..I thought so nice to see happy people....took my order,brought it to me..and then...he grabbed a mop and stayed busy...id hire him in a minute lol! But any way the burrito was really good,and my inside sit-down was great.you folks are dialed in right! ....I went back again the next day....enjoyed it..I'll be back, even tho I live on the other side of town, killer food!! Good job!!!!!! So...I went back a random time a week or so later...once again..perfect .eat seasoning I expect and hope for..went inside to freshly cleaned floors, again spotless inside..again happy younger people doing their jobs.. and doing it well. Love those meat burritos..food is fresh, service..outstanding...I'll keep coming back for that service and quality of your food.. but your consistency should be noted..nobody has that any more...if I was king for a day.I'd give everyone on that crew a raise..l be back!! Lol!
