Ok so we LOVE this pizza, but oddly, the next day, reheated in the oven, it’s like 100x better leftover. And I think it’s because when we’ve eaten it fresh, the crust is pretty soggy, all of the toppings fall off and it’s not super enjoyable to fight with. BUT it is still really good pizza despite the flaws. The BBQ Chicken Bacon Ranch is one of our favorites. We also get the Duder which is also phenomenal. I definitely recommend…. Just leftover. Which is weird, I know.

The food was okay. The service could have been better. The one thing that'll keep me from ever going back again is that when you pay at the time you order, they ask for a tip before your order is brought to you. I only tip at restaurants after the meal based on the service received, not before. That was a big turn-off for me.

This place is a HIDDEN GEM! The food is fresh and you can tell the Ingradients are high quality.The salads are seriously delicious and the ranch is so good!The only reason for 4 stars is because while they do have a lunch special of pizza by the slice. It would be nice if it was a slice of pizza, salad, and a drink.Now if you do get the lunch special it's very cool. They take your slice (which is a very good size) give it to the kitchen and they put it in the pizza oven to heat it up. You will never get a cold slice of pizza from them.The staff and owner are so nice and friendly it feels like you've known them forever.If you're ever near Webb City Missouri definitely try this place out.Vegetarian options: You can always get a cheese pizza but they have lots of veggies to choose from as well and will do their best or accommodate.Kid-friendliness: Lots of different TV shows playing, old arcade games. Just an all around fun and playful atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible for wheelchairs of all kinds

The food was good, great pizza, and a nice amount of toppings. The only 2 things I would've preferred was for the pizza to have been HOTTER & definitely more cheese?! But that's just me. I'm extra. So I'm certain if you ask they would be happy to accommodate. Service was very friendly and prompt, but she didn't bug us. I liked her personality. She was fun. The atmosphere was hip, trendy, lots if TV's & games! We'll go back... lots of fun combos to try! Jalapeño Popper was our waitress's fave. We had Supreme.

The Gluten free pizza is AWESOME! The staff is always kind and on point! They have a great menu and use FRESH ingredients! One of our favs!Dietary restrictions: We struggle finding gluten free crusts that don't taste like cardboard! There's is fantastic!

We’ve loved Hot Stone since day one of opening. A hard working family. Family environment, great staff of young people with great leadership passing down great food service skills. The pizza is awesome and consistent. It’s the same every time. The salads are fresh and tasty every time. If you’re just not looking to eat a lot, buy pizza by the slice during your lunch break!

Stopped in after months of driving by to get a couple of slices. Ended up back there an hour later picking up an entire pizza. Best pizza I have had in years. We had the Stuffy Mushy and there were so many mushrooms on this pizza it was unreal (but welcomed!). Absolutely will be back!

This place is unbelievable. Customer service was fantastic! Pizza was absolutely delicious. You can tell these are fresh ingredients, no doubt. Such a cool atmosphere too! Will be coming back here for sure!!
