Food is only half cooked if you can get it. Last 3 times i came here for a bucket they tell me they are out of original and will be a 30 min wait no matter what time i come here.

I want to say this has nothing to do with the Help, The KFC franchise is getting too Expensive, yes you have good food, but i can rarely afford to buy it, just saying, most of the time, ill choose another because your prices are getting to high, you all are doing great as far as clean and freindly staff, diffrent story across town of course.

Jaycee = Great Manager, very helpfulKatelyn = The OppositeOrdered 2 buckets of chicken, drove 25 minutes to pick them up and bring them home. The website said 2 of each piece of chicken, in not only the redeem page but the checkout page too. Instead, we received all dark meat.Since I am so far away, I called, and asked them to put 2 Breast pieces as a credit that I could pick up for my father next week when I was closer to town...2 pieces...2 and no refund needed.Jaycee was more than accommodating, Katelyn was COMPLETELY unwilling to sacrifice $4 worth of chicken to appease her customer. So I was given the option to take the chicken back (25 mins), swap out the pieces, and drive back (25 mins), today only...Needless to say, I will not be back. And with that level of service, I am confused as to why she is above Jaycee in the pecking order. Changes needed. Hope corporate is watching.

I went to the KFC store in Webb City MO and had the worst service I've ever had at any fast food store. To begin with, I tried to call and order in advance so the food would be ready when I got there and the girl on the phone told me they were too busy and I would be better off ordering in person. When I got to the restaurant, I ordered extra crispy which they said they were out of and it would be 16 minutes before it was ready. 25 minutes later, I went in to check on it and a clerk said "I just need 3 more minutes!" 12 minutes later, they came out with our food. The food itself was good but ridiculously expensive. I've just moved to this area but I will NEVER go back to this store again!

They advertise a buffet and then when you go in its, whoops, only kidding! The chicken sandwich was fresh and tasted great. KFC has become very expensive. It's been a long time since I stopped in, and I'm afraid it will be a while before I return.
I went in the store to use the bathroom and the entire store smells horrible, mold growing everywhere. I personally won't come back to this location.

We just made our LAST visit to the KFC in Webb City MO! I went on their website to view their menu and made a selection, which was the 8 pieces of chicken with 2 Large Sides & 4 biscuits for $19.99 My husband then drove there and went inside to place the order and was charged $26.00 + tax! When he asked about the price difference, the guy told him that, “You have to place the order ONLINE to get it for the $19.99 price!” I went back and checked the website again and it said nothing about having to order online for the prices listed on their Menu to be honored. This was not the first time that we were not pleased with this particular KFC…but it will be the Last time!!
