Did a Order online that took over 30 minutes to get here. It was door dashed to me. Worst food I have ever had!! The Chicken Alfredo pasta was just a big clump of cheese on pasta no sauce ice cold. My pizza ice cold with little sauce again with a clump of sausage. When I placed my ordered I was not told it would be door dashed and what was post to be here in 20 minutes didn’t arrive until much much later. Got a text from DoorDash saying that Pizza Hut is busy when I think my food set there an got cold and nasty ? want ever ever order from Pizza Hut again

Pizza Hut take out on South Main St. in Joplin has second mile service....from the Manager to the cooks they treat you well and the Pizza is AMAZING!

not only were they 25 minutes past the latest delivery time. When I called they were rude and lied to me. Them our stuff showed up cold, smashed , and almost zero sauce at all extremely dry, and forgot to butter(season) the crust. our pizza has zero flavor..

maybe this pizza hut wouldn't mess up so much if they would watch their employees make sure they are working and not flirting with each other and break up relationships between a couple !!! yall need keep closer eye out on your employees.
