Ordered through the app and went through the drive thru. After waiting for a long time I get to the window and get told to pull forward because “they are waiting on the meat” and when I pull forward I proceed to watch the next 3 customers get served and then after NO ONE was left in the drive through I receive my food a few minutes later. Terrible experience

I visit this place. I've usually had a fairly positive experience going there at least once a month to get a bite to eat. I can't complain about anything other than the maybe one lousy carton of fries that was a little soggy and aged. The meal is good, and my favorite is the signature strawberry lemonade.Parking: Outside Consistently maintained and organized.

The restaurant was clean and the service was phenomenal! They had messed up my order, but they replaced it with fresh, hot food.Parking: Parking lot was very clean for a fast food restaurant! Plenty of parking, depending on the time you go.

the food isn't the issue here, their salads are some of the best pre-made salads around this area and are always a solid choice, however, the ambiance and service are made practically unbearable by the staff. i will say that the individual workers are not the problem, its specifically the management. Mid afternoon managers seem to be completely unable to treat their staff with any shred of respect and much of the ordering process is made to feel like a school cafeteria with the amount of yelling coming from the person "in charge" and i now understand why i never see the same worker there twice

There is part of the wall paper that’s peeling off the wall where black mold has formed. The building is otherwise very clean so this is more like an ownership of the building issue rather than a management issue maybe.

Ordered an Asiago Spivey chicken sandwich with queso fries through the drive through, not only were the fries old but the container was placed in the bag open so it spilled all over, second issue was the sandwich had American cheese on it, upon returning to the store I was told they are out of Asiago cheese and asked me if they told me that which they didn’t. They refunded me the money for the sandwich with an attitude like I did something wrong. I assumed the male that gave me the Money was a manager but clearly didn’t act like one. Professionalism and customer service has fallen way off at this store. Hope other people’s experience at the site will be better then mine. Get it together Wendy’s it’s not a hard job!
