Went to Wentzville and decided to pick up dinner instead of having it delivered from of offallon. Big mistake. Eli the so called manager. Took my order .but when I got home .the 25 hot wings I ordered had to sauce the pizza was a little burnt.very disappointed. When I called the store.he said he repeated the order twice but he did not.i get the same order all the time.i spent 126$ and the response I got from Eli was .you can come back and get the hot sauce but I can't do anything else for you..Know wander business is slow. Management is killing your sales. I won't be back.

Haven’t ordered from here in probably 2 years because the quality was so poor the last several times we ordered. Tonight I wanted a salad and pizza to have an easy dinner. It was supposed to be delivered in under an hour. I called to find out where our delivery was when we had reached an hour and 26 minutes. The customer service is lacking. The man that answered the phone said it should be there soon and failed to offer any apology and he abruptly hung up after telling me it should be here.Fast forward to the delivery, I will say the food was hot which surprised me but we are 2 minutes away from the store. Their house salad dressing is not great. It is not the original Cecil’s house dressing and has a very strong vinegar taste. We ordered a pizza and pasta as well. Both were fine. The “garlic bread” that came with the pasta had no garlic taste to it. It was just a butter toasted half of a hoagie bun. Less than impressive.Overall I was unimpressed with the lack of customer service, delivery time and food. We won’t be ordering again.

Exceeded expectations! We ordered the Hot & Sweet Pizza and Jalapeno Mac & Cheese Bites with Kickin' Bourbon sauce - delicious! The pizza was excellent with big chunks of chicken and melty cheese. The JM&C bites were amazing with a lot of melty cheese and a light layer of breading. I dipped everything in the bourbon sauce and it gave it an extra kick and sweetness.

I grew up eating, Cecil Whitaker’s in North County, and I’ve lived in Chicago for the past decade, and I will now live in Wentzville and tried the Cecil Whitakers out here it was bland. There’s no seasoning anymore. The pizza was stuck to the top of the box, so I pretty much threw the whole thing away cause I’m not gonna sit there and scrape the toppings off the top of the box, the whole meal was just disgusting in comparison to how it was when I was growing up so I will not be ordering from them again and what sad is I work for the Uaw and I’m on strike so I really can’t afford eat out anyway, but I thought I was gonna treat myself and the food was just disgusting. It was a waste of money That I don’t have

In the past we have had really good quality food. Lately it has been less than expected. We love Cecil's but the wings have been dry with less sauce we have to buy extra. Our last order the Cavatelli was dry and had no creaminess like it had been sitting out all day on the heat pan. At least our pizza was as good as always.

Pizza was great, salad was fresh. Potato skins was not. It was a potato sliced in half, baked, with cheese and a slice of bacon on it. Not crispy. Not appetizing. Other then those it was great!

Really wasn't good. Used to eat Cecil Whittaker's a lot when I was younger. Revisited it for the first time in almost 10 years. Does not taste anywhere near the same. A lot less quality.

Absolutely horrible. Don't waste your money. Pizza had minimal sauce and cheese and you could taste neither. Seriously had no taste at all. Was like trying to chew cardboard. When you contact CW, they get beligerant and tell you since it was a Door Dash order you have to contact Door Dash. Door Dash did not make the garbage, CW did. Never going back. Staff is so rude and no help at all.
