I picked them up as soon as they were put down and so much grease was dripping out, the box was covered in cornmeal, and the next day it's more evident these cushions are destroyed. And I could tell the deliverer knew because they even shook their hand as they walked away. So I pay for food, then have to pay to replace cushions? Not a fair trade and who does this! It was very obvious how wet this box wasy hand was soaked just picking it up!

I was in a hurry and didn't expect it to take 45 minutes to get my pizza. When I ordered it, the website said that it would be 15-20 minutes. it wasn't in the oven until I showed up. Also a driver was complaining about a client and threatening to leave if she got another bad delivery. Not very professional and the manager allowed this behavior. I don't plan on ever using this location again.

When we first moved here 2 years ago this Domino's was better. Now it's very hot or miss if we get a good amount of the garlic sauce. And pasta bowls are but good, not enough sauce, not mixed well, and burnt noodles due to both issues.

Ordered $40 worth of pizza that was left outside in the cold. When I called to ask for a replacement the general manager Rachel ( if that’s her real name) said she would offer me $20 bucks then hung up in my face. She also instructed me to call corporate if I had a problem with it.I’ve had many issues with this location, but tonight takes the cake. I have seen several people post about how horrible the services is here, but I’ve never experienced it myself. ORDER ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. They do not value their customers. Wentzville Dominos is horrible.

So here is where I leave details of my last visit. I placed an order last night for myself and a coworker. My order was wrong. I was served someone else’s order. I’ve never tasted pizza so disgusting in my life. This pizza had to have been left out for hours before being served to me. I won’t be coming back to this location. I called the next day about a partial refund and the person who answered said you can only call the night of and that I would need to call corporate. Right, like corporate will answer. This is a pathetic business. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for pizza. Highly disappointed in how they handle customer service. Shame on this dominos location.

Last time I ordered pizza roughly 6 months ago it took 2 hours to get it. I’ve never ordered from there again; and to be fair I had used them before with wait times generally between 45 minutes to 1.25 hours. Sadly this is fairly consistent with other dominos locations. They have a corporate problem of overpromising vs what the local establishment is actually capable of doing. Their food is acceptable otherwise. But for an extra $10 vs the local (vs national) pizza establishments ( which are actually better tasting too), I ultimately want my pizza in a timely fashion. If you’re going to sell mediocre pizza you’d better be timely. And to be fair: between the years of 2013 and 2018 I ordered almost exclusively from dominos for pizza because it was that good.
