We went in for bread on 11/11. The worker grabbed the bread to ring us out. The manager literally snatched it, very unprofessional, and said, “Nope, I’m not selling fresh bread, it’s the weekend”. There was a lot there, this has never been the case at any other Jimmy John’s. Horrible customer service!

I work in Wentzvile and have ordered from here many times since it is only 2.5 miles away and is very convenient, UNTIL TODAY.Suddenly the place I've had deliver food 10+ times won't deliver 2.5 miles down the road. The manager didn't even bother to look up the address.

I went into the store to order two sandwiches. I placed my order, and when it was done, they handed me the bag and I went to my car. When I got home, I looked at my sandwich and it was totally wrong. I asked them to make an unwich, and they put it on bread because I can’t have gluten, and I ordered a number 15 which is supposed to have double tuna and cheese, and there was only one portion of tuna and no cheese. I called the store to let them know that it was all wrong and they said I could either come back to the store and get a new one made or they could apply it to my rewards account. I told them to just add it to my rewards and they said that they would add $9.82 onto it to make up for the sandwich. I then tried to order online two weeks later and there was nothing in my rewards account. I then called the store to explain the situation, and they said if I don’t have a receipt, there is no way for them to have proof, so there was nothing that they could do for me. So needless to say, I will not be going back to that location ever and I’m questioning ever going to Jimmy John’s again. I always have problems with that location getting my orders totally messed up because they’re not listening to me and they’re not repeating it back to me. I’m very upset that I lost my money for that order. I used to love Jimmy John’s.

I love jimmy johns but this location is the worst! The attitude of the employees working there makes it ten times worse than the food quality. Last time I went here they forgot lettuce on my sub. No biggies went in got it on the side. Today they gave me a Turkey Tom with no Turkey and the teenage girl working behind the counter decided to come to the front and interrupt my conversation with the man working the register, rude as hell. She took it personally that she messed up my sandwich I guess lol. She was acting as if I couldn’t get a refund and annoyed if she had to remake the order. I did get my refund but won’t be returning to this location again. Check your employees jimmy johns?

The employees are TOP NOTCH. There were 3 people behind the counter ALL SUPER FRIENDLY, POLITE, & GREETED me upon entering/exiting. Smiling, suggestive selling…and a GREAT sandwich. Really wonderful experience, I will be back. Thanks for the Great Attitudes.
