Second time DRIVING FROM JEFFERSON CITY to eat lions choice and both times disappointed. This is not rare nor medium rare. If you want lions choice, go to the location in Manchester mo. This one needs to get it together. If I am spending that much on fast food it better be right.

My boyfriend and I were doordashing last night. He tried to enter the location at 9:45 to pick up the order. The doors were locked. The printed hours said the lobby closed at 10. We then went to the drive thru where we sat for several minutes with no response. It wasn't until he called the doordash help line and had a representative on the phone that the workers finally responded. This is a poor excuse for customer service.

I was doordashing. The lady at the counter was friendly. She told me they were working on both of the orders I was picking up. When they were both finished, she told me all the details on both orders. It was absolutely wonderful to be treated with respect. Thank you, ma'am.

This location (and possibly others under the same upper management) is committing wage theft and overtime fraud against their employees. Do not eat here, do not give them your money, do not support these people. It's only a matter of time before they're sued.
