This is a great location. Staff was amazing and the food fresh. Always been a Penn Station. Fan. First time at this location. Worth the stop. I had the cheese steak for the first time. It was great. But the Italian is still my favorite. What's yours?

This Penn station is ALWAYS amazing and truly has the best staff! I go there at least once a week. I called ahead yesterday and ordered my usual club and when I got there they had accidentally gave my sandwich away to a door Dasher. The manager immediately made another within 3 mins and gave me 50%

We even pick toppings when ordering. Still just comes plain.

Sandwiches were good just the prices just extremely too high for me. I can't afford it going there they want for a sandwich which you could pay for a steak I recommend going to get a steak.

Never a bad meal here! Had to update...Stopped in to pick up an online order tonight. This establishment is so well run, the staff is courteous, always taking their time to serve up great food, always someone cleaning something, and even when we put in a confusing order they get it 100%.Seems hard to find places these days that you can tell all of the employees are invested in success. Definitely makes me want to keep spending my money here.

Great sandwiches ! Unhappy with the prices . Always purchase two medium sandwiches . The prices have doubled in 2 1/2 years. Penn Station needs to mail out some 2.00 dollar off coupons.

The service here was great, very friendly and efficient people. The atmosphere was OK with nothing really wrong. The only problem I had was that I use a walker and the spaces between tables were tight.The stand out though was the reason you go there in the first place, the food was outstanding. The sandwich was delicious and hot as were the fries.
Absolutely terrible. First they mess up a simple meat and cheese only order making us drive all the way back to the store. There they could care less they just wasted 30 minutes of our time. Next the lady cutting the sandwiches DIDN’T WASH HER HANDS AFTER CLEANING WITH A DIRTY TOWEL nor wore gloves while wrapping the sandwich. DISGUSTING
