Normally I don’t have an issue with Smoothie King. I purchased the “Festive Cherry” smoothie tonight before work. When I took my first sip I realized I didn’t care for it. I drove back to S.K. and explained to the young lady (with dark brown/black hair) at the counter I didn’t care for it, and asked to switch. She gave me the dirtiest look and told me “you will be charged again, we don’t switch out drinks”. I can tell she was irritated, so I just said nevermind, put my drink in the trash can and left. Most restaurants and other eating/drinking establishments will switch it out without a problem, I guess S.K. is different. It wasn’t even the policy that made me upset, it was the lack of empathy and customer service. Delivery goes a long with with customers. Unfortunately I won’t be going back to the Wentzville location.

Just stopped in for a smoothie and the lady taking my order was very helpful. The gentleman making the smoothie was very polite and engaged in conversation with me. Great customer service all the way around!

Every time I have been here the smoothies have had FULL cubes of ice in them and are otherwise chunky. My husband decided to go to this one on his way home from work because I had an expiring reward and it had been several months since my last visit to this specific location. Same old story. Will not be going back. Go to a different location if you can.

I work in the area so I use this location a lot, but yesterday will be the last time I ever go there. I ordered two smoothie bowls, spent over $20 even with military discount. I got one, and while I was waiting for my second, I saw an employee scooping the contents for the other bowl, whilst dropping some on the counter and picking it back up, UNGLOVED! I finally said something as I saw her do it multiple times, and asked for my money back as that is absolutely disgusting! I didn't get one "I'm sorry" or anything. And the best part, as I was walking out, I watched her CONTINUE to scoop more contents into the blender she was using to I'm assuming to make for another customer instead of throwing out the contaminated contents. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!

Only giving it a one star bc of the Keto Champ chocolate is disgusting and I'm not sure why they don't have a better tasting protein powder in this day and age. I mean, it tasted like protein from when i was a kid! (workers were sweet ) that was my first and last time getting that!

4/22/23 my order said it'd be done at 1240 and it took them 30 minutes to figure out smoothie was in the freezer. Have had no other issues with this location prior. I'll cut em some slack cus I assume they're all in highschool but I did make them aware of my order around 1245 and didn't get it till 1:10. Prom on the mind.

I got a chocolate yogurt d-lite. This is not chocolate. Barely even taste like it. I even said that doesn't look like it has chocolate in it and the girl with the black hair said eh yea idk why it came up a lil lighter. She didn't offer to make me a new one or even just blend up a lil more chocolate into it. I'm a regular. Almost 4 smoothie a week. Usually I get it extra chocolatey but didn't this time. This is very disappointing for paying for a almost $7 drink. If another customer didn't walk in behind me I would've asked for it to be added but short on time. Hints to why I call in and pick up.I really hope you guys take consideration of your regulars that come in or just people in general and maybe offer to correct.

I enjoy smoothie king but so many times ive ordered their angel food smoothie just to receive a grey and poorly blended, water strawberry tasting smoothie. For $20 id hope to receive an at least good looking smoothie

Absolutely horrible service. The two young ladies in the store were bothered that someone was in the store and were less than able to help find my order that they said never came through online. I was charged for it and had an order number. They had no idea how to make sure I knew how to get my money back or anything. They clearly have not been trained how to handle any concerns and customer satisfaction.
