I have been a loyal Starbucks fan for years!!! But our hometown, Starbucks, is CRAPPY!!! The drive-thru sign is an eye sore. The customer service is hit and miss, with mostly misses. The wait time can be 10 or more minutes. I recommend you try the new coffee shop in town.

40 minutes for a drink ordered in person is unacceptable. You can argue lost stickers and special deal day all you want, but a person standing there should get a drink wee bit quicker. No excuses.

Always friendly service always great frappuccinos I love me some Starbucks. The only negative I have to say is it's hard to get into the parking lot because of how the building's angled on a corner with a stoplight.Parking: Not a lot of places to park Plus it's a little shopping center with two or three other places that customers can attend to

I have went through many many times before and my Vanilla Bean Frappuccino has never been messed up. I order a small(I can never remember what their sizes are unless Im looking at the menu) the lady didn't tell me my total. Went around to the window the lady asked cash or card no biggie I handed her my card then she told me the total after she ran my card, I apologized told her it was suppose to be a small not a large(I can't drink that much ?). I was told to late it couldn't be fixed which I knew was wrong but didn't want to argue. She handed me my drink I started driving away cause we all know how long the drive thru is. I took a drink and thought I was crazy they possibly couldn't mess up a vanilla coffee. Sure enough it was vanilla with triple hazelnut. I called up apologizing and telling them my drink was wrong seeing if I could come back and get it fixed I was told extremely ignorantly "We don't mess up our drinks here" and then she hung up. I will probably never go to this location again, I get it customer service jobs aren't for everyone but there needs to be some customer service lessons taught to the team.

They were slammed (usual for this location) but very well staffed and moving quickly so the wait wasn't long. Super friendly and dedicated staff.Kid-friendliness: Staff offered a half-off drink for my daughter and helped her pick the "perfect cake-pop". Super sweet.

Everytime I ask for oat milk in my drink I always get 2% I’m sure it doesn’t matter to them but I have cannot have lactose. Plus that requires more time of me waiting when half the time I already am waiting well past my pick up time for my order.

Waited in the drive thru for over ten minutes with one car in front of me. Eventually had to leave with out my coffee and breakfast so I wasn’t late for work.

Unfortunately this Starbucks isn't being run up to par. I was in recently while working in the STL area and came in for coffee. As I sat, drank my coffee, and worked a bit I noticed several customers come in separately and none were greeted promptly to say the least. There were 5 employees behind the counter and one guy stood at the counter for at least 4-5 mins before he was greeted. I watched at least 3 of the employees behind the counter having what seemed to be a funny conversation while this guy waited, it was uncomfortable to even watch! Also, bathrooms were dirty, all the tables were dirty, and I never saw anyone doing any housekeeping duty. Do yourself a favor and go to a diff Starbucks, not a well run location. Coffee was standard Starbucks if I'm digging for something good to say...
