Wish i could post a photo. If your store hours say you're open until 9 pm, then your doors stay open until 9 pm. Like the employees of this location ADMITTED to me that they closed the doors at 830 to go theough closing when i knocked on the door at 8:45. Then your hours should read 8:30, but by their logic they would then lock up at 8. Its assenine. And disgusting. Subway you lost business in that 15 minutes, and were paying your employees. Bad investment subway.

I don’t like to write bad reviews, but I want the owners of this subway to be aware ofthis instance.Went to this subway today (1/6/2024 at 8:55 am) and simply wanted a breakfast sandwich in a bowl. We were told it’s a different charge and they can’t do that. We then explained that we will pay for the sandwich at regular price, please just put it in a bowl because we don’t eat bread. We were told the bowl is a different charge. We then asked if we can buy a bowl by itself, and also buy the sandwich at regular price, and just put the breakfast in the bowl without bread. We were told they can’t do that.Seems pretty easy to me, but apparently not. So we decided to take our business elsewhere. Just another reason we will not be subway customers moving forward. We’ve supported both subways in Wentzville for many years, and over the past couple of years the service and quality of food has gone downhill. With all the competition and similar options now available in Wentzville, I hope the owners of this subway make a change for the better.We wish you luck!

Ordered a footlong #3 with extra meat, they had a promotion for free smashed avocado. The #3 is supposed to have Philly style beef and bacon, I only found one piece of bacon. I upgraded to the extra meat/protein, I swear it was less than even normal. The bread was nowhere near toasted, as it was ordered, but it was hard and dry like it was from a week ago, I would not even say it was day old.I hate to be that hard on a place but this place was BAD!The only reason I give 2 stars for service is because it was ready when I got there after ordering in the app.Never going there again!

Food was terrible and service is terrible didn’t care and the the tables and stuff is terrible so dirty and the vegetables were like a 1 week old please go check it and please get the FDA or something to make sure the food is proper VERY BAD DONT

It's been a couple of years since I ate at a subway. I was surprised to see that the menu was quite a bit different. The staff here was helpful and made me a couple of good sandwiches with good quality ingredients. The prices have gone up just like everywhere the last few years. No more $5. Footlong.Vegetarian options: I suppose you could get a salad or an all veggie sandwich here.Parking: There's a large parking lot right out in front of the building.Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome here.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot and restaurant are both on the ground floor.
