We came and dined in tonight for the first time trying this place. Food was very good. Service was the absolute worst I have ever experienced in my life. The lady working this evening 3-1-24 was AWFUL. We came into the restaurant at around 7:15 pm. Completely rude and put off by us wanting to dine in ( when they close at 8pm) I watched multiple customers come and go and she was disrespectful to every single one of them. We never leave reviews but this was just completely outlandish service and we will NOT return.

Had a bit of a wait on the phone to place my takeout order from H-N-H Chinese Restaurant, but once through, the process was smooth. The Cashew Chicken Combo for about ten dollars, including delicious cashew chicken, rice, and a crispy crab Rangoon, was definitely worth it. Pickup was quick and hassle-free. Despite the initial delay, the food quality and easy pickup experience make it a solid 4/5 for me. Highly recommend for a tasty and authentic Chinese meal.

I have eaten here many times. Today I ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken and stated ( outloud) with Egg roll and Crab Rangoon ( the combo). I did not get my Crab Rangoon or egg roll, I was told I would be charged because she did not hear that. That was ok, but then I’m charged 3 times as much instead of the dollar difference from the combo. When I challenged this, I was told by this girl, “ I did not hear you”. Told her, but I said it. Instead of apologizing, she said well, next time I’ll repeat it. So basically it was my fault. Whatever happened to customer service? What’s frustrating was she was so patronizing. I don’t usually bother with online criticism, but I hope she sees this and learns some better hostess skills, just because you say it with a smile doesn’t make it right!

Asked us to leave after we sat down and where given menus, because they closed at 8pm needless to say we came before 8. Very disappointed by the lack of service by management , feel sorry for waitress that has to tell us.

No AC in a hundred degree weather?!?!The food was okay but the menus look like they were designed by a child. The paint on the wall is red and the menus are yellow?Ketchup and mustard. ?Also they hired a kid who lacks common sense and courtesy. Our drinks ran out before we even got our food and we had to ask for refills when we were already done eating. Then she decided it was a good idea to pick up our 2 YEAR OLD who was at the table next to us without saying anything.Said that they had to keep it opened for walk ins even though no one else was coming in because of the heat.Even so, you don't pick up people's kids without asking.Good thing COVIDs over...Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.

Waitress decided it was a great idea to pick up my 2 year old daughter and basically shove her at my mother in law saying she couldn’t walk around and needed to be with us. Mind you she was not Getting into anything she was sitting on a chair. There was no A/C we didn’t get refills until we were about to leave. Do not and I mean do not ever touch other peoples child I lost all my patients with that

No air conditioning, no refills till we was getting ready to leave. No one else was in the restaurant eating and put our 2 year old out of her high chair because it was so hot and the waitress proceeds to pick her up and push her at me and say need to keep her at your table in case someone wants to come in. Then go to pay and she tells me to find my ticket that she sat a plate on and covered up. ?
