This restaurant should be a 5 star Michelin rating! I’ve eaten at many many Thai restaurants but this is true authentic Thai food. The recipe used for Massaman Beef was created by the mother-in-law of the owner and was so highly rated it was presented to the royal family of Thailand. Brian, the owner, could not be a better host!

Food was absolutely delicious! Thai lime tea was a wonderful refreshing drink! Brian is very kind and does a phenomenal job serving and caring for everyone that comes in! Atmosphere was really quaint and you can tell they really take pride in everything and everyone that comes in. An overall EXCEPTIONAL experience! If I didn't live west of Wentzville, I'd be here all the time!

Top notch Thai food. The curry here is the best I've ever had and is THE place to go if you want curry. My favorite is their Pa Nang Curry, because the inclusion of the kafir lime leaves takes it to the next level. The owner is extremely friendly and always present. If you order carry out he is happy to run your food out to your car. I've never had a bad dish here--all the food is amazing--but the curry is the star of the show.

This place was delicious! How have I just now found this place?! It's a hidden gem in Ballwin right off Manchester. The restaurant is small and the owners are a couple who do all the work themselves. The owner who was our server was very helpful and explained how he recommend to eat their curry. I couldn't decide which dessert to get and he said he would surprise me and it was an excellent choice. The service was top notch! Really the cozy ambiance and feel of the place was great and it was very laid back. Now on to the best part. The food. It was simply amazing. Appetizer was crab Rangoon. They came out as tall sticks which I have never seen before. Delicious! Order these! I got the yellow chicken curry and it was the best curry I have ever had. Our server brought out the chili spice for us to make it as hot as we wanted. I like a decent amount of source but not crazy. My husband likes it's very spicy. We were able to add as much as wanted and it worked to perfection. They make their own spice blend and it was soooo delicious! I've never had the cucumber salad with curry and the addition of the crisp cool flavor with the spicy curry was so good. Husband ordered the Thai Basil with tofu dish and he said it was so very good. The dessert was sticky black rice with coconut cream. Mind blown. Delicious! There are limited menu items but you can tell they put 100% into each dish. I will be back often and will order to go now too.

Sure, this is a small place, somewhat smallish menu and only open for dinner ~ 5 days a week, but that is what makes it a gem. Legitimately a "mom and pop" with Brian attentively running the front of the house, Brian has a great Thai food pedigree having learned to cook in restaurants in Thailand. And he is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. This is my first time rating them, but probably the 15th time I have been here. Ordered on Grubhub through Yelp app. Experience was smooth and easy. Food delivered within timeframe quoted. Fees felt high, but I think that's normal. What we ate: - Chive Dumplings (4.25/5) : great taste and I love the texture. -Pork Gyoza (4.5/5): fresh and prepared perfectly - Yellow Curry with chicken (5/5): OMG - just amazing. GET THIS! Comfort food for the soul. Mild spice level. - Thai Fried Rice (4/5): First time ordering. It was decent. - Tom Yum Shrimp Soup (5.25/5) GET THIS!!! Such a unique flavor. It does have some spice, but my wife loves this soup and has a low tolerance to spice. The flavors just work! Other recommendations, not orders this time include Drunken Noodles, Pad See Ew, and Panang Curry.

After living in Asia for a year, it’s hard to find authentic food in the US. Rice Thai Bistro was sooooo good. It was fresh, flavor and friendly. The environment felt cozy and the meals didn’t feel too large. Everything tasted made to order.
