May 5 @ approx 10:30 am. The WORST experience I've ever had at a Cracker Barrel. Natasha was our waitress. She was extremely rude. It was at least 15 min before she came to take our drink order. She just stood there and stared at us when we placed our order. No questions on what sides we wanted. Just stood there and looked at us. When our food was ready she was nowhere to be found but thankfully Kim brought out our food with a smile. I agree with the other comments; if you drive by this location, keep going. I paid too much money to be treated so disrespectfully. If I could have left $0 for a tip I would have but I don't think it was an option.

Not a good experience. Server was great, but food was not served as ordered. Not a typical Cracker Barrel experience. Didn't have time to finish meal. Long story, but don't want to share all the details. I'm beginning to lose faith in one of my (at least it was) favorite chains.

Did not get my mashed potatoes. Had to ask for them. Finally was told they were in the oven and another waiter brought them to me. Had to ask hostess for to go box and check. Had to ask another waiter for water refill. Had 3 different waiters.

I will never give this place another chance! Time after time again the service and quality of food at this location is disappointing. I have eaten at Cracker Barrel my whole life and this is by far the worst of the locations.Showed up to sit down at 8:30. The girl working the hostess stand told us that she couldn’t seat us and that we could only do a to-go order. They close at 10. This location is a disgrace to the Cracker Barrel name.

Last two times we have been we had problems. Service bad. This time on our Anniversary the food raw and not cooked right. Orange juice was spoiled or had alcohol in it. Talked to manger and all he done was take off orange juice. Paid over $30 for a meal we couldn't even eat and left on table.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Do your self a favor and pass this restaurant. Going in to Cracker Barrel during a road trip is normally a happy and quick experience, This was absolutely the worst dining experience of my life. The staff are all so nonchalant it HURTS! Good luck getting a table, and if you do good luck getting a server who will come to your table and take care of you. These people are all walking around like they are in another world, no rush to get to you even with crying babies. Every table around us obviously felt annoyed as well. The food was just that, food. Not normally one to complain but, Man. Just terrible.
This was the worst meatloaf I’ve ever had and I love meatloaf. Service was good. Meatloaf could have resoled my boots. Yuk!!!

Our waitress was nice as can be but took way too long to come back to table. We had to ask for Jelly 3xs for the burnt hot biscuits. Then we had an issue with our chicken. We told the waitress she never did come back out to my table after we complained about it. The manager happened to see my face telling my husband if they didn't come to that table within 2 minutes I was getting up & walking out. I literally woukd have every reason too. We only had biscuits that took forever to come out, were burned on top & bottom & waited for jelly forever then was cold but time she came back. We ordered drinks and took literally 3 bites of one of the sides. This was a not so great experience. Don't think I'd go back to that location.

Very busy place but we were seated quickly the service was quick and attentive, kept my coffee cup full, the food was hot and tasty and the biscuits were excellent…wish I could make them that way. Try it…you’ll like
