We ordered a sandwich and pasta to be delivered to hotel. After an hour we called and the manager stated that the driver had came to hotel and called phone but our phone didn't ring nor did the driver have the hotel clerk call the room. Manager stated that he would have food delivered back to hotel and hung the phone up in the middle of a conversation.
