This place is one of the most unprofessional businesses On the coast first of all, they closes at 10 o’clock the night that I was trying to go there but me and a couple of friends arrive there at 9:13 PM and they told me that they were closed and I tried to inform them that even on the website and on the actual building that they were supposed to close at 10 o’clock, but they refuse to accept me and my friends we had to go elsewhere. I was highly upset. I would never eat here again well at least try to so please do not go to this unprofessional business and save yourself a huge headache

Me and my family usually come here probably once a week but not anymore. Service was okay from the wait staff but the owner was very rude!! I had a problem with my bill and he told me he “couldnt fix it” because the computer automatically does the bills. We told him we won’t be back and he said “I don’t care”

The food was delicious! But the services sucked really bad. We waited 30 mins before we got our waitress to come to our table. After my friend got up and looking for somebody. It wasn't even busy at all. I would understand if it was. But it wasn't.

La Chula has great food, great drinks and an Awesome staff! I’ve been to La Chula numerous times over the past two months and I’ve been impressed each and every time!One time I arrived late, when things were clearly winding down. Saturday, after 9:15 Vanessa told us not to worry about the time and offered us excellent service (it wasn’t 10:00 closing time).Another visit, La Chula was clearly very busy, and Mauricio waited on us… again with Excellent, fast service. Margaritas fast and quick… very good, on the rocks w/ salt.Every visit my food has been fantastic, the cheese dip tasty, and food piping hot and delicious. The red salsa is a bit mild for my taste, but I highly recommend La Chula.Friday night they even had a guy (DJ) playing music... surprisingly good, not overly loud where it could have drowned everything out... it didn't, nice background touch. A few songs, I wish had been louder...

If I could give zero stars I would. I don't understand how this place is full because this is the worst 'Mexican' food I've ever had. No flavor in anything, not even the beans. No hot salsa, just the Pace , white-bread variety. My daughter and husband couldn't eat more than two bites of their meals. The chili relleno was akin to a wet diaper and my husband's margarita was all sour mix, no alcohol. When we complained nothing was even taken off or discounted even though there were two full uneaten meals left. I don't know if people around here just don't have access to good Mexican food or just like cheap, but you'd be better served going to Taco Bell than here.

They took my order an had a problem with me wanting 3/4 carne Asada tacos with rice and beans with cheese on top. They said it’s $3.50 per taco and $2.50 for rice and $2.50 for beans with cheese on top. I’m sorry the food may be ok but the prices are high. They seat you take the order forgot to ask me what I wanted to drink ??♀️ they didn’t come check on me after they gave me my tacos. I had to keep going up to them to ask for what I wanted or need. Or I would see them at someone else’s table then I would say, Excuse me can I get a glass of water please? Then they would bring it to me. But I had to ask for what I want or need. My waitress didn’t come to me until she was giving me the ticket a trying to make conversation with me saying she was apologizing for taking so long a for my long wait. But anyway I won’t go back there, but if somebody else is pays. I’m definitely not paying for the food and bad service they gave me. You know what I didn’t have the same waitress I had 4 different people because my waitress was always outside smoking on her phone lol.. The older Mexican man had to get her from outside smoking to come get my tacos to bring them to me lol.. I was amused by the way everything was going on, I felt like I was in a dream!Vegetarian options: You have the choice of ordering food with or without meat!Dietary restrictions: You can tell them what to put on your food or what not to put on your foodParking: It’s right in front of the restaurant no problem with parking
Fantastic! Service, taste, entire experience was top notch. Cheese dip was hot and great portion size. Tortilla chips were tasty, loved the salsa. Thursday lunch special was $1.25 crunch tacos which can’t be beat. Cheapest fajita quesadilla around! The strawberry margarita did not disappoint. Must stop if looking for authentic Mexican food. Street tacos were also fantastic.Parking: Plenty of parking, easy to navigate.
