This is a wonderful bakery. Lots of breads and pastries and cookies to choose from. They even have Shoe Soles (Beaver tails’ up north they are called). Very friendly staff. Go by there for you bakery needs. Highly recommended

The danish and loaded cinnamon roll were absolutely delicious and huge! You definitely get your moneys worth. They have tables and seating, brewed coffee, and bread and treats like cookies, danishes, muffins and more. Quick and friendly service too! Hard to spot from the road but it’s right beside the back at the end of the shopping center nearest the highway.

I feel that I am a serious sweet fanatic. I usually go for the old standard of Napoleons and Eclairs but I saw this quant little bakery in the shopping strip where I buy groceries at Frugal in Bay St Louis, MS, and I decided to give them a try and wow. I'm glad I did. I tried the Shoe Soles with apple and I have to say that it is now my favorite sweet! I almost didn't go in because it look dark inside and I thought it was closed. They need a neon sign with a bakers profile and OPEN on it. I hope everyone that reads this will give this little gem a try, you will not be disappointed. And you'll be helping a local artisan!Update I stopped by this morning and bought the stuffed cinnamon roll... OMG it was the best I have had in a very long time... it's nice to help small businesses that are well deserved. The staff is courteous and genuinely happy to help customers.
We tried a bit of everything: cream cheese Danish, blueberry Danish, strawberry Danish, blueberry lemon muffin, baklava, and my 3 year old got a cookie the size of his face! Everything was absolutely delicious! A much needed addition to the Bay and a must visit for all!

Pablo and Missy are both great people and will do anything to help you. This has been a long time dream for both of them which has finally come true. Stop in and visit them 7-3 Tuesday thru Saturday. What ever you choose to get will be a great decision. I love it all but my favorite is the muffins and the danish.

Pablo & Missy's is a delight! We went for the Shoe Soles with apples and it did not disappoint! The cream cheese danish and garlic flat bread are excellent. For my to-go order, I chose the original shoe sole pastry to take to my 87 year old Papa Joe and he's tough to please but he ate the whole thing!
