This is delicious! Stopped in after a beach day and found Parrot Head Bodega! French Dip has the perfect bread, and the Muffelatta Sliders are the perfect size. The staff are so friendly and make you feel like one of the family! A new favorite BSL hidden gem!

We always have great service and great food at Pareot Head Bar and Grill! We love the flatbread pizzas, tacos and sandwiches. They also have a great variety of soups. Love the location too. Sometimes they have live music to enjoy.

5 stars across the board. I had the opportunity to enjoy the French Dip sandwich. The flavor of the roast beef was delicious on it's own, but couple with the au jus made it amazing. The staff are friendly and welcoming; the atmosphere is laid back and inviting. I'll definitely return to try other offerings.
