The quality of mini dogs and lemonade are always great and fresh here at this location. The newer manager has turned this location around.

If I could give a lower score I would. The girl behind counter telling me I can only get large nuggets then tells me I can't get new ones cause the ones there were old so I said I would wait then she tells me it will take 15 minutes to make them I worked at auntie Anne's it takes max 5 mins for them to cook they were being lazy n manager in back letting this happen sad won't never go to this one again

The workers are supposed to be in by 9 am to have pretzels ready by opening (10am). But they just come in at 10 am so don't expect pretzels until 11 am. Hour after opening.....

They never have any unsalted pretzels when i asks for any.. and then they will tell me i will half wait until they fix them!!!! Now what kind of service is that????? ? ? ?

I don't usually order from here but why not since it's close to home and free delivery? I chose to order a family pack which took 30-45 min wait. Whatever - I guess I had the time. I ordered 2 - 21 oz cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets and 2 almond classic pretzels. However I was shorted on a classic pretzel. Couldn't get in touch with Waitr so I figured to call the store. Told the woman (I think Kim) my situation and she was no help at all because "she didn't know what it looked like on my end on the Waitr app". As a food service worker, isn't it your job to know the quantity of the items that come in a pack? The max amount of flavors is 2 and I wanted both to be almond however Waitr doesn't allow the option to specify in a text box. If the workers weren't so sure, they could've called which they claimed to have done regarding my sauces (they did not). I gave up on trying to figure out what to do because the worker just had nothing to offer.

Where is any kind of management for this place? In the middle of a weekend there isn't even a normal pretzel ready... 2 almond pretzels under the heat total. I was told it would be 8 minutes to make a pretzel so I bought it and waited. During my wait I watched 5 people walk up and ask for something they didn't have made and were all told 8 minutes and all 5 families said never mind and walked away. You lost 5 orders because your employees stand around and are too lazy to keep your pretzels stocked. Sad sad ... by the way it took 17 minutes for them to make my one pretzel.

I use to stop at Aunties Anne's in Walmart at least 2 or maybe 3 times a week and always enjoyed it and everyone was always so friendly. The last few times I have went I was very disappointed. People working there have changed and the new employees are not as friendly and courteous. The service was horrible. The two employees that I seen were both on the phone and didn't appear to want to serve me. I ask one of the young men there to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager and what did I want. I noticed one make pretzels and stopped and scratched his head and then continued making the pretzels. After seeing that I decided I didn't want a pretzel anymore and left. I will never go back there, and I am telling all my friends and suggest they don't either.
We like the original and cinnamon pretzels and are especially fond of their pretzel dogs.

I had an excellent experience with this place. I remembered that I needed to bring food with me to this years Super Bowl party. Of course, being me, I waited till the day of! I thought, what the heck, I'll try this place out. I had tried their pigs in a blanket before and thought it was decent, so I called ahead of time. I asked if I could get 40 of them! Big party, as you can imagine. I'm sure it's not a request they get often. So we agreed upon a time id stop by and I only had to wait 10 some minutes for them to cook. The two staff members were really friendly, and I was pleased to get so much food without any headaches. They food itself wasn't game changing, just what you'd imagine. Everyone at the party liked them though, so mission success!

Found a piece of jalapeí±o in my 2 year olds cinnamon sugar pretzel and when I contacted management they didn't even offer a sorry much less contact me back!! Will never go there again!
