Love the Bacon King it's delicious affordable great atmosphere .Parking: Plenty of Parking for disability friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed with smiles .
So rude!!! I was just trying to order lunch and the lady that was taking my order was yelling at me rushing me, when I went to the first window to Pay she was standing there with her arms crossed like I was bothering her and being very rude. The next cashier where I paid was nice I asked for a manager and the manager came to the window eating and when I told the manager when it happened, she just looked at me while everybody else started laughing. I've never been more upset over and into that then I was over that I don't know if Burger King is just not paying their people and taking care of them to where they just don't care but it's very unprofessional and it's getting to the point where I don't even want to go to Burger King anymore and it's all over the way you're treated when you go there

Always go through the drive thru and receive really great service!!! My daughter loves the oreo
On vacation and just encountered a Very rude drive through worker. I placed a mobile order and the app messed up. It does this all the time at home and I just tell the workers that I need to confirm my order, we want some things fixed plain with nothing on them and others with no veggies. Never adding anything to change the price. This worker rudely said today that she would make sure that the Mayo was left off. But next time it would be how the app says. It's not my fault that the BK app doesn't work correctly. I can click no Mayo and then on the next screen it shows mayo. Doesn't matter how many times I go back and remove it. Then she rudely parked me with no one behind me! And when we got our food, we were missing several things and had to go back inside to get what we paid for!Once inside the manager that fixed our order was very nice.

Lately when I go to Burger King, I am met with lackadaisical service and cold French fries that are sometimes stale. I do however like the condiments on the burgers but the Patty itself has no heat on it. These should be fresh burgers on demand.
