I was craving for some delicious Jamaican food and I was close to this place, I have to say I had high expectations since it has good reviews, but I was a little disappointed.The chicken was a bit too spicy for my liking and dry, the flavor was just a bit off as well, the rice was dry too and it wasn’t fresh, I took a couple of bites and couldn’t eat the rest. I do have to say that the customer service was superb, but the food that I had was not as good as I was hoping for.

This place and the staff was off the chain AWESOME!! We are new to the area and just out of the blue picked this restaurant. This was the best customer service and food we have ever had! Everyone needs to experience this restaurant and food. I hate I didn't get the manager's name. The staff totally took care of us, explained the dishes, so we tried a little bit of everything. We also had chocolate cake for dessert!! Delicious!!!! We will definitely be back!!

The j*** chicken was tender but the j*** sauce and seasoning tasted like a store bought marinade. It didnt have that unique flavor that I've grown accustomed to from other jamaican restaurants.

Great food and great service. I ordered chicken curry and my colleagues ordered oxtails and ribs. All dishes were very good with generous portions. I will certainly revisit on my next visit to Biloxi.

Found this great place when most local places in MS are closed on Mondays. Drove from Mobile to Biloxi for spot that I usually go to but it was closed and remember passing this place when I was there several months ago.The customer service was outstanding. The staff wears mask and there is social distancing. I had to make a stop in the restroom after placing the order and it was very clean.I chose one of my favorites which is Brown stew chicken and my friend ordered the Curry chicken, with extra gravy. Both were extremely good and the servings are very generous. The entree came with two sides and I chose rice and beans and plantains. My friend chose Rice and beans and a side salad. The plantains were made to order and they were hot and delicious.We decided to dine in since no one else was there. I can go on and on about the outstanding customer service. Both of us had originally ordered cabbage and it wasn't ready so they told us it would take a while to prepare. Because they didn't have very many patrons, I didn't want them to have to go to the hassle making cabbage just for us, so we decided to go with two other sides. It's a small place, we didn't expect table service but to our surprise, they were very accommodating. They brought the food to the table and came back to check on us several times. We also had a chat with the Chef. He changed the television station to play Jamaican music for couples and it was running back and forth from the restaurant to the grocery store but make sure we were very well taken care of throughout our visit by his apprentice. It felt like dinner at friend's house, relaxing, welcoming and peaceful.I'll definitely be back, soon. This is going on my list of great food in Biloxi MS.

Best Customer service in USA. Alot of places have great customer service but JamRock!!! They are amazing. And the food is Outrageously amazing. Just go, and make sure you eat one of everything on the menu

The stars are given for their customer service but the food was not up to part. The J*** chicken is definitely lacking flavor absolutely no heat. As a traveler I have had J*** Chicken in four different places. This was the worst. My friend had the goat curry which had a little more spice to hers.
