Workers were more concerned with joking and talking to eachother than moving with any kind of urgency to help the growing line of customers. Lady working front counter seemed very checked out, sad because I loved the Charlies back home
Love their cheesesteaks but I had a bad customer service experience today. I came in today at 4:45 pm and the woman who took my order was very rude and unwelcoming. She took my order and was chewing gum and blowing bubbles while talking to me. Also, in the middle of taking my order before I could finish saying what I wanted, she turned around and started pulling out fries and left me talking.
