I had fried fish, French Fries and a side salad. The Ranch dressing was homemade and delicious. Fish and fries were both crisply fried, (my choice)Salad was fresh and the whole meal was delicious. I enjoyed the service and the relaxed atmosphere.
My husband and I had lunch there ,well almost, a hair was in my salad so I completely lost my appetite. Canceled my lunch order, my husband got his to go and neither the manager nor the server seemed too concerned. Won't be back

My lunch was very tasty, and was presented beautifully on the plate, reminded me of old fashioned home cooking. The tea was perfect. The expecting mother waitress was outstanding. My compliments to the cook as well. Will definitely go back again.

This place is not a fancy place it is a comfortable down to earth place that brings back memories of a diner our family would go to regularly. The staff is genuinely nice and helpful. This was our second time to go and the food has been delicious both times. The county fried steak, fries catfish, red beans and rice (days special), liver and onions. Oh and the fried cornbread was wonderful also with a kick of jalapeno in them. I highly recommend.

The BEST country fried steak I've had in a very long time. We go for breakfast so I haven't yet enjoyed it for lunch or dinner but I'm planning on it. My son loved his pancakes and my husband had eggs and hash browns. Everyone is always cooked perfectly, served fresh and hot and taste great! Wonderful service and fair prices. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place that offers something as close as you can get to a hearty home cooked meal. I keep forgetting to take photos before I dive into my plate. Next time I'll try to contain myself and get a few good photos to share.

I am all about a good mom & pop joint, however this one was 100% geared towards the locals and long time patrons of the establishment. The service was great after the five minutes before someone spoke and got me a menu. They catered to the folks who were there for some type of special. My food was bland I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which I didn't finish because it lacked seasoning and the breast was cut up into strips. Their are other options along Lemoyne to try that are better, but as that cat from American Idol used to say, "it's a no for me dog".
