Dined a few years ago at Doe's in The MS Delta and remembered the experience to be very good. Unfortunately that was not the case in Biloxi, MS. tonight.A very courteous and friendly hostess seated us soon after arriving but in an area that I'm assuming was The Bar? Not the atmosphere I was expecting but decided it would work. Our server started out mediocre at best! Hot Tamales were ordered as an appetizer and arrived at the table with no presentation whatsoever. The taste was even worse which we found shocking! Each took one bite and that was more than enough! Canceled our Dinner selections and offered to pay for our beverages, tea and water. The server never came back, we left and will not return! Lesson learned for us. Definitely overrated and overpriced! Simply put, absolutely disgusting!

The service was amazing, but the atmosphere and food not so much. For starters the atmosphere had so many uncontrolled kids roaming about that the more "upper class" experience typically expected went eating at such an expensive place was gone. The sirloin was good, though a bit fatty. I do not recommend the garlic bread, looks like the same loafs of bread from Wal-Mart, cut thinly and something you could easily cook at home. The asparagus was one of the worst tasting entrées I have ever had the displeasure of eating. It was tough and such a small amount for $7. There are so many better places than this, don't waste your money here.

Best steak I've ever eaten. Outstanding service. Absolutely ideal. I had the filet and it was perfectly seasoned and tender. My husband had the T bone and it was as big as a plate!

We like out waitress. Very attentive. Also, the young manager came over and conversed with us, so that was a nice touch. People who greeted you when you come in were also very personable. If you like steak .. Doe's is the place to come.

Absolutely amazing! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough!!! My boyfriend and I try and find the best steak houses every week, this place BLEW every other steak house out of the water. What we ordered: *Garlic Bread: 10/10 AMAZING! Did not realize bread could be this good. *Tamales: 7/10 They were good, but nothing too special. *Filet!!!!- 10/10 THE BEST FLAVOR FOR A FILET! Was cooked to perfection and could cut with a fork it was so tender. *Cowboy Ribeye!!!- 10/10 The flavor was so unique and perfect! If you like a flavor filled ribeye with lots of butter flavor, this steak is for you! * Mac and Cheese- 4.5/10 Was the only thing we ordered that we wouldn't order again! * Broccoli- 9/10 steamed perfectly and tasted very fresh. great seasoning as well. *Hand-Cut French Fries- 10/10 I consider myself a French fry connoisseur, so this perfect 10 does not come lightly. So fresh and amazing. Fresh cracked black pepper was the perfect touch. Something about these fries made them irresistible. Ate the whole plate of fries by myself. *RANCH (the most important review) - 10/10 Wasn't sure if I liked the flavor at first but it grew on me. I couldn't stop eating it. Added it to the garlic bread *chefs kiss* Added it to the fries *chefs kiss!* Added it to the STEAK *still chefs kiss* *Lemon Ice Box Pie- 9/10 GAS!!! Almost perfect! To say we will be back is an understatement!

For the way they advertise and their prices I expect linden tablecloth's and not red and white checkered napkins. And a wobbling table they had to put a wedge under. Total failure .

The service by Lilly was excellent. The food was on par with expensive steak houses. A great value. I will definitely visit this restaurant again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Doe's Eat PlaceInside Margaritaville in BiloxiOn the 3rd floor (go up 2 sets of escalators)Early Bday dinner date night ? We FINALLY tried Doe's Eat Place and it definitely lived up to every amazing review and recommendation that was given in a local foodies group. We made reservations for 6:45 and arrived 10 min early. We were greeted immediately with smiles, they got our reservation pulled up and sat us immediately. Atmosphere was perfect for either a casual night out or a nice date night. Everything was clean and though it's a large open space it wasn't loud.Personally I feel they have an amazing selection on their menu and it made it difficult to choose where I wanted to start but then I saw their version of a French onion soup that includes filet tips. Seriously the BEST French onion soup I've ever had. I just got a cup but instantly had regrets not getting the bowl. I will go back JUST for that soup alone ?My husband had the 2.5 lb Porterhouse which had the perfect char, I had the filet which was so tender it literally melted with each bite. Both were cooked perfectly, mine being med rare and his medium due to the cut. The menu offered so many amazing sides that we couldn't decide so we ordered 4 total lol. Side note... We skipped lunch and refused to eat because we wanted to make sure we could try new things. Not sure if that was a good idea, kinda like grocery shopping on an empty stomach I had the Mac n Cheese and Fried okra. The Mac n Cheese took me a minute because I can taste the sharp cheddar but then there's another cheese that stands out but I can't quite put my finger on it. It was very good, not overly done and very light. The fried okra was perfect especially considering I am pretty picky when it comes to how I like my okra. It can't be soggy or undercooked and must have the perfect amount of crunch without being overly breaded. The only adjustment I had to make was adding a pinch of salt. My husband had their grilled asparagus and twice baked potato which he was happy with both. Everything was perfect down to the service. We definitely will be going back and highly recommend it.Also, they do offer a nice kids menu. The main Menu is al la carte and pricing is on point for the quality and cuts. Overall with tip (we always leave a minimum of 25% or more) we spent 200.00 on an amazing and unforgettable meal. That being said we did go all out being a celebration and date night. Sides (priced from $7-$10 each) could easily be shared allowing 2 generous portions and the 2.5 lb Porterhouse ($68) could easily feed 2 or even 3 people lol. Needless to say, we have leftovers for at least 2 more meals. Overall for pricing they do offer options I would think would fit many budgets depending on the meal so definitely check out their menu.

Place is over hyped. For the price I would rather have gone anywhere else. Being from north Louisiana, a restaurant called silver star has better food for half the price.Wheelchair accessibility: Had a elevator to reach the floor its located on.

Waitress was very friendly and attentive. This is the 2nd time eating at this doe’s. We have tried 4 restaurants so far.The steaks tasted more like a chuck roast. The meat shredded when you cut across the grain. The tamales were too spicy to eat.For $150.00, very disappointing !They must have new cooks.

i grew up eating at Doe’s in Greenville, which is hands down the best restaurant in the Ms Delta. Doe’s in Biloxi isn’t a good restaurant. Charged a lot of money for a gristle fatty steak that was overcooked and buried in sauce. if you crave a good steak drive to greenville- so worth the

I had eaten at the original in the Delta several years ago, had to try the newer one on the coast. Huge, delicious steaks, sides and dessert! I got the bone in ribeye.

First off, upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted with an odor of mildew or something foul and the attempted cover up with air freshener. Upon being seated, we were brought silverware and drinks by our waitress, Lilly. She was very pleasant, and not being people that like to complain. We didn't bring up the smell. We ordered drinks and food, then unrolled our silverware, this is when my wife found a popsicle stick from Pop Brothers in the napkin her silverware was wrapped in. We asked for another set of silverware, which was brought and apologies were made. We ordered the Porthouse steak done medium. When our food came, the steak was borderline rare and cold in the middle. We asked that it be cooked further to make it edible, it came back medium rare, however it was so full of fat and gristle that it wasn't even edible. We ordered a side of broccoli that was ok but very small for the price and a loaded potato, again small and not worth the money charged. My drink order came out and tasted like a ginger beer with not a hint of alcohol. Our bill came out to $140. We didn't end up eating over half of the steak and overall with the exception of our delightful waitress, it was a horrible experience. There are too many top notch steakhouses on the coast for me to waste money coming to Doe's again. Also, I figured given all the issues we had with our meal and table that the manager would've come to see us or given us a discount or something....nothing. We were charged full price for an inedible steak, a smelly booth and watered down drinks.
