If I could give this place with the people, atmosphere, and service a negative rating I feel that would be more appropriate, but then I feel it would justify anything by not posting about it. Nobody has a good experience here. The attitude and the demeanor of everybody here has to the the worst display of professionalism I have ever seen. I have never had such incompetence when it comes to a simple coffee order at this location. I can see why Dunkin’ is closing 400+’stores down. If these are the quality of people that you are employing then I’ll continue my business with Starbucks everyday.

Rather small bagels at this Dunkin'. You would think they would be uniform across all Dunkins. Apparently not. Otherwise a pretty normal Dunkin' restaurant.

How hard is it to make a sweet tea??? They can’t do a single thing right… nobody wants to work and the service is rude… literally ordered a sweet tea…. And I got a no ice unsweet tea….. this place and everyone who works here is a joke.

Stopped at the Drive Thru at 5:50 pm and ordered a frozen coffee and they said that they just cleaned the machine so I could not get one.We asked what time they closed and they said 7pm. So my husband asked if you close at 7 what are you going to do until 7 o’clock? The person replied “ Oh we will still be cleaning” As we pulled away we looked through the window and the workers were just standing around. There are very few Dunkin’s in the area and a lot of people prefer it to Starbucks, and this business obviously doesn’t need our money that they can’t provide coffee service an hour and 10 min until closing! I wish I could have rated it NO STARS!

Everything says you're open at 5am!!! Why are you not open then!!!! That was like a year ago. I don't stop here very often.Today again I stopped in after the open time and yet nobody was in the store. She was sitting in her car probably thinking of her life choices.
This is the 2nd day in a row at different times of the day that they have had almost zero donuts. We will not stop here again. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Ugh. They need to get it together or get a new system. I go here every morning and without fail I place my order at the drive thru, pull up to the window and get asked “what did you have??” I give them a run down of what I ordered, I pay, and I get incorrect items.If their system deletes orders that quickly to where they cannot pull up and see what they should be giving me, it is FLAWED.

3rd trip to this Dunkin location in as many days while visiting the area. Coffee was good, donuts are smaller than they used to be, but the service was the WORST I have ever experienced at any DD. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.
