Went here to get one of their "famous" sausage biscuits... it's not the same as it use to be. Biscuits were so cold. Hard. Asked the lady in the back to put it in the microwave. Then went to get coffee. Coffee was gross, no creamer out. The whole coffee station was out of everything. Workers on their phones instead of replacing everything. Floor was dirty. On top of that, the buffet station was out from I guess the day before?? And it was filled with dirty moldy water. Then the lady working proceeds to yell at me about my service animal. It was really embarrassing because I brought my family with me who were in town, because I was bragging how good their breakfast was... will not be back.

Terrible customer service waitress did not acknowledge that we were in line or evenin the building We left and the people that came in after us left also. I had heard great things about their food but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to try it. Hint (hire people with a smile and good customer service your bottom line with increase and your servers will make great tips it's a win win)

$10.99!! And this is all the shrimp you get… The flavor is good and I used to love this place but I hate to say I guess I’ll have to seek somewhere else for shrimp poboys.

1st time customer. Super friendly cashier!! Like the variety of miscellaneous snacks, but most had no prices on shelves Ordered 2 sandwiches which were tasty but had only 2 slices of meat. For the price I expected more.

Food was great, good service. I wish I'd taken a picture of the sign they have on the wall by their cooler. It was a really good thing to think about.

Went in to get lunch special. Lady said did not have special. Monday special Hamburger steak. So I look and on regular menu Hamburger steak. So I ordered that. Very disappointed. Might try 1 more time for special. Different day.
