Right off the back walking in the store itself and the bathroom was really nasty looking. There were flies in the store around the food. I ignore it and still order my sandwich and sit down and the whole time the lady behind the counter Bella was extremely rude. The other guy that was there did nothing but look and watch her bad mouth me. They need better employees who want to work!!!!!! Will not be eating here again.

The Firehouse APP is horrible. The staff at the store will not help. If you want slow service and to enjoy your meal with the homeless, this is the place to come. If you want to order the sandwich "your" way, you can try but it WILL get screwed up. They are also not sanitary about making your food. Some meals come with free food poisoning. Stay away. Go to Jimmy Johns across the street or the 4 Subways that are nearby. You will get more for your money and will enjoy your meal without the homeless customers and risk of getting sick. You have been warned!!

Got a medium Sandwich that was $10 Fair taste and very small sandwich that was worth about $3.50 Took about 20 minutes and there was about 10 customers and at least 8 employees. Will not be back.

Stopped here to get late lunch got a Philly cheesesteak and a pepperoni and meatball sub which were combos. It was over $40. OMG.!Needless to say the Philly Steak was dry and awful not only that, but it made us sick.The meatball sub was OK, but ordered it with lettuce and tomato. Did not get that on the sub. The employees were too busy visiting. There were no one else in the establishment but employees service really was way below par. First time ever trying a firehouse sub. Definitely very very disappointed!

Great location.It's a walk down memory lane & reminiscing every time I visit this location.As the Store Mgr of Blockbuster #28002, it was previously my home away from home for many years! Their current lobby used to be the "Kids Corner", the original game section and a part of the retail area of Blockbuster before it closed !!

Soooo....we were the "Last-holes" of the evening, came in 20 minutes before close, and the staff was probably some of the friendliest, courteous I've been around.Used to bar tend.And usually last minute customers are....frowned upon, internally anyway.Usually because the majority of people that come in at close, just suck and want to make someone else's life hell. So thank all of you and especially the shift lead and store manager.Y'all all did great, it was very clean and ready for morning shift.
