Do not come during their so called SHIFT CHANGE . Bar area was full w only like 20 people.. Hostess say 30-40 minutes because of Shift Change.. Really!! Seems to be constant problem.. Where's the Organization n Management.. Real bars/restaurants handle hundreds with good flow.. Waitress came right up n got our seats..beer.. n chicken wings when she saw confused by such unorganization.. Thank you for that.. Wings were excellent n enjoyed game.

When you get there there's going to be a little whate because I didn't know that you could make reservation so when you get there calm your horses ? get your drink and you'll have a wonderful time

29/9/2023Looking for French fries found them. Cooked to perfection, the fries had the perfect amount of salt. Joel, the bartender, was first-rate, and customers appear to have good interaction.The steak or chicken nachos were huge. Saw a number of couples sharing them.

I didn’t think you could mess up a Philly cheese steak but it’s possible. LolOur food took an hour, the poppers are made with squeeze cheese, the smoked wings are fried then flavored with liquid smoke. All around terrible experience.

Took a long time to get our food. The tv would do anything then all of a sudden it starts loud... nothing to brag about for sure.
We have always came in to eat at the sports bar while at IP casino. We have previously came early and late. I am not one to give a bad review and never have before but last night service changed that. The service last night was AWFUL. walk up to get seated waited maybe 5 minutes max. Not a problem. There was 7 tables with people seated and eating already. 1 table had 4 people the rest had 2 people per table. Hostess seated us, provided menus. We then waited 30 minutes for a our waitress to ask what we wanted to drink( 2 sweet teas), being we waited so long for our drink order to be taken. We went ahead and placed order for food as well at same time. We ordered an appetizer crab/ artichoke dip and our dinner. 25 minutes later we get served our drinks. Then we are waiting on our food. Waitress asked did we want appetizer before food, yes please. We wait and wait and wait longer 1 hr later food arrives its our dinner. Note: no appetizer arrived before dinner or during food being put on table. Food runner had no idea it was even ordered. So then we had to order food to go because we had comp food credits that if you don't use it all it is just wasted. Just a disaster and nope waitress never even as if we wanted a refill on drinks as both cups was completely empty. Waitress never apologized for the looooong wait for drinks or food not even for the food mess up!!! There was 3 or 4 waitress working, manger hostess, food runners and kitchen staff. We was walking in this place at 8:30pm and they close at 11pm. By the time we got our food and the appetizer mistake happened we was told to hurry with ordering something else before the kitchen closed. So just to give you an idea of when we got our food! Nearly 10:30 or 11pm. Absolutely Ridiculous!!
