I ordered the loaded grits and half way through eating it I find hair tangled up in my gravy. I take it inside to let the owner know and she ask what I wanted her to do about. Took the food and threw it away. Her attitude towards me was so rude. I won't be going back. Because customer service is a big thing in tye food industry so as an owner to have such poor customer service is sad.

Jacked up has amazing food and the coolest vibe. Lea was so friendly and gave outstanding service. I highly recommend the quesadilla, grits, biscuits, sausage gravy and Americana with Oat Milk. We will definitely be back.

I came for the first time and got the mocha latte w/ oat milk & extra sweet along with the strawberry shortcake monkey bread which is to die for. I ate it within 2 minutes and wanted seconds ??. not a long wait at all, I waited maybe 5 minutes even though it was pretty busy. Really sweet staff. Coffee is pretty cheap, but the monkey bread is a little pricy (but delicious).

I went to this local coffee shop because it was one of the higher rated coffee shops in the area, but I have not tried yet. I asked the lady for a cappuccino in which she responded, "You know it's not sweet and it's not latte?" I was unsure to take offense to it as if i don't know what I like or if she was trying to be helpful lol. However, the coffee was fine. I don't feel like there was anything to boast about. The location was pretty clean. There are a few parking spots out front so it may be hard to find parking at times.

Jacked up coffee is amazing. was in town when traveling. The girls working the counter and barista were also very easy on the eyes and nice. Breakfast chicken biscuit hit the spot would get it again. The barista warned me the coffee is small and strong, thank you for the warning honey. I don't go for Starbucks so bring it on. It was on da spot.

Coffee is great, they have the best avocado toast I've ever had, it was truly delicious. The monkey bread is good and my husband said biscuits and gravy were good too. Staff is super friendly.
Five stars for the product, one for the service. I ordered an iced coffee and pastry online about 15 minutes before coming in. When I got there, I waited around but didn't see a pickup area. When I asked, I was cattily told that I needed to get in line to "check in." I had to wait in the long line, so there didn't seem to be any reason at all to order online? It would be nice if they'd at least tell you that on the order screen. The New Orleans iced coffee was good, but wouldn't drive me to return.
My favorite coffee shop in Biloxi. The cold brew is a favorite.

Great food option on the menu but the presentation of contents are less desired. Dry, friendly service is the only thing jacked up at this coffee shop. What alludes to a perfect description of a good time and food slowly spiraled into the sandwich that fell off of the food truck. To my disappointment there was no real kitchen where the sandwiches were prepared, in fact the bacon was microwaved to rubber while the bread was grilled on a portable sandwich iron. "What the world needs now is food, real food. It's the only thing there's just too little of." Jacked up/ no decaf coffee. It was not what I expected when coffee is far and few in between stops in Biloxi MS. It's not totally say yhat all the options were not good. For the price I paid. 28.93 cents should have been a work of art.

The coffee is strong, which I like. A good assortment of options. The atmosphere is comfy. Could use a nice vintage sofa to really tie the place together.Staff is always a little less friendly than I imagine staff should be for the deep south. But, mehh.. it is ok I suppose. Grab your coffee :)
