Eeesh…Never post reviews, rather try to solve it in person.Been in the service industry for over 20 years.Worked in sandwich shops when I was a teenager.Had Jimmy Johns all over the country.This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had picking up a simple turkey sandwich.The guys working didn’t ask what I wanted on the sub and tried to pass off turkey, bacon, mayo (asked for no mayo) lettuce and tomato’s for almost $9.I caught it before I left and they “remade it” and it still had mayo on it.Take a look at the end result.Don’t bother even trying to park in the wacky parking lot.Stay away, ?There is another sandwich shop across the street.

I eat at Jimmy John’s often, their sandwiches never disappoint and the customer service is great. I am always greeted when I come through the door, I was surprised one day when I walked in and was greeted by my first name. Today I placed an online order for pick up, well when I got to my car it would not start, I called the store to let them know I was unable to come pick my order up, Brent told me not to worry that he would bring my lunch to me at work!!!

nick is so awesome . placed an order of 3 wraps and 1, 8 inch sando, and he made them all under 10 minutes . the man is a sandwich making genius they were sloppy good
Disappointing Customer Service at this Jimmy John'sI’m leaving this in hopes someone in management sees this and corrects things.I've been a loyal Jimmy John's customer for years and have always enjoyed the consistent quality of their sandwiches. However, my experience at this particular location left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated.The sandwiches here were as good as always - fresh, well-prepared, and just as I've come to expect from any Jimmy John's location. But it was the staff that ruined my experience here. They were rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them just by placing my order.From the moment I walked in, I was met with a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. The employees were not only unapproachable, but also seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of me. It's as if my presence was bothering them, and I’m somehow disrupting them by placing an order.While I understand that fast-food workers have a lot on their plate, this was far from the friendly, efficient service I've encountered at other Jimmy John's locations. And there were absolutely zero other customers inside the place when I went.It's such a shame that the there’s an owner with a great restaurant at this location being overshadowed by the terrible customer service. I sincerely hope that the management takes note of this and works towards improving their staff's attitude towards customers.

Waited over 30 minutes for order. Called in and was informed their system was down but they gave us no notice and the order showed as received. This place is a joke.
