The Bartender Service was immaculate especially Ines she has the best energy and best service you could ever ask for and for a beginner drink I would recommend with (Ines) only the " Nezi special it is delicious and flavorful !!!!!
They were not busy at all, it took at least 20 minutes to get our large table, with all the empty tables open. Food took at least an hour to come out. Food was just OK, they forgot my bread for the shrimp appetizer and had to wait another 5 minutes to get it.

My kids really enjoyed their food. The decor and menu channel an island experience. The erupting climbing wall makes the ambiance interesting. The service was not great at first. But, the Manager Desiree did everything she could to make it right. She made what would have been a frustrating experience enjoyable. I plan to return when my family is back at this resort.
