Ordered a BLT with extra bacon. Horrible, thin tasteless bacon with wet ingredients on top! Ordered the wrap. Horrible, bland absolutely no taste and dry. The gross nasty dog food chili had a horrible aftertaste. It was thick and full of mystery meat that smelled awful! The tortilla soup was thick and slimy like snot. It had no taste. How is this restaurant in business? This was my first time and will definitely be my last.

My food is usually great but my recent order was not right yet it was repeated several times. They also forgot part of my order so I went back the next day because they stated I could get a free meal to replace the item they forgot. I ordered a grill cheese and when I got it it had everything on it but cheese! How do you mess up grilled cheese? The ppl there now do not wanna work!

Second time I have come here at noon and they have no soups. I had a whole office order. Last time I reccomend this place. Really poor management. It will be sad to see a once great resteraunt disappear in the future.
Food and service are fine. Friendly enough employees. My gripe is that I legitimately cannot visit this location without them being out of something. Every single time. Some days the list of what they have seems to be shorter than the the list of what they don’t.

They were out of potatoes, be an ongoing theme according to some other reviews. Need to manage ordering stock better, they were also out of chili. I needed another side of salad dressing and was told “we now charge for extra dressing.” This is my first review but have been here for takeout a ton of times and usually there’s always something wrong with the order. Got home one time and didn’t even have ANY salad dressing. Does that small ramekin of extra dressing really cost you that much? It did a customer today.

I came and ordered food to go. After 15 minutes of waiting they came and told me they were out of potatoes! Y’all sell potatoes all day but all of a sudden you’re out? Could’ve told me this before I ordered my food and waited 15 minutes. And then took their time to give me a refund and didn’t even apologize.
