I can now see why this location is rated low. We ordered our meal for dine in. Then after waiting 20 mins we were given order only to be half of what was on receipt. So after waiting until someone finally walked up to register to acknowledge us they made the nuggets and fries. Get back to table only to find no fries in the bag so again waited and the worker not wanting to acknowledge us waited until another worker came up to get us the fries which now meal was cold. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION until better management and workers at least.

Waited 8 minutes at the counter to order a seniors coffee. The staff working the front, was doing things and not paying any attention to the till. Finally another gentleman in line behind me called out. The staff in the back were busy but also getting a bit of grief from another staff member so the morale is terrible. THE worst McDonalds I have ever been to. BE better McDonalds or at least monitor your franchises, as this is unacceptable.
This place is a dump!! The Lil "manager" acted like she didn't know how to refund my freaking money from a mobile order??? Why are you there??? We had waited over 35 minutes for 2 big Mac, 2 small fries and a mcdouble!! She was a liar and this I hated more than anything!!

What's the point of putting in a mobile order if your going to be slow, and mess my order up. I asked 3 different employees was my order ready since I received the response it was ready. They ignored me. I food was cold and hard. Plus I asked for no cheese and got just that.
