I miss the people. I sat in the dining room with scattered customers all staring at their receipts waiting for food, including a couple workers. A young couple stood a long time at the counter waiting to order. I understand the "convenience" self checkout provides the business, but it's impersonal and glitches as often most McD ice cream machines.This location used to have some of the nicest employees who'd really make my day. Now I'll catch a rare glimpse of a worker tucked away behind the new decor. Not somewhere I can currently look forward to going. ?

I don't like using a kiosk to order and it takes a long time here to get someone to ring up your order. There was a large group of kids here and they were very loud . Food was ok,
Hiring manager is horrible. They gave me a job and then a couple of hours before my orientation they took it back citing they wanted people who had worked at that brand of McDonald’s, even though I was hired at the one in wiggins.
How are you gonna give me the job and then take it back at the last moment when you find someone else who had worked at that brand of McDonald’s before?
And then get in my face and act rude when I inquire what happened and then try to give details about my last supervisor?
At first they said it was because she wasn’t there to do my orientation, then this?
Don’t even bother trying to apply.
They’ll give you a job and then take it back when someone else shows interest even though they already gave it to you and then make can’t even give you a full explanation without excuses.
Absolutely sketchy behavior. No wonder there’s not enough hands. And still hiring crew members who apparently have worked at that brand of McDonald’s?
That and the service is horrible.

The food was hot and fresh, however, had to wait 20 minutes after the drive-thru order was placed before they brought out the food, and it was the wrong order. I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger meal and received two small cheeseburgers and fries. This delay used up my lunch break, and I did not have time to deal with their mistake.

I ordered a two cheese burger combo meal with no cheese, what I received was two sandwiches with cheese and no hamburger patty, funny yes, but when your tired and hungry and stop by a place and spend your hard earned money for a meal only to get home and discover your going to bed hungry,, it’s really not all that funny anymore!!!

I ordered 2 bisquits and was told I could not have more grape jelly that they were cutting back. Apparently you could not pay for extra. I dont see how a billion dollar corp. cant offer a customer 2 more jellys. I dont have to eat

Drive-thru.....cannot honestly rate inside experience. Although, my server was very nice, very friendly.
This last time, my burgers were greasy, and their always hesitant to fill the fires up. A small is a kids, a medium a small and so on. For the life of me a fast food without fast service will always behoove me. This particular spot always have a line.
Slowest McDonalds location on the coast! I dare you to go there for breakfast!

Having to wait when it was a slow time, part of the sign wasn't working properly, and having to ask for condiments even though I already asked for them when he opened the window. Management needs to watch on cameras to see why they are slow.
