We was looking for somewhere to eat crabs and I seen where they had all you could eat. We are hard core crab people so we know great crabs. I was nervous at 1st being it was an oriental type restaurant, but they did a superb job. They were very flavorful and easy to get into. The potatoes and corn was also very good. Of course the price is high but that is to be expected crabs are basically a delicacy these days. We went around 2 on Saturday afternoon and there was no wait at all. The server was super nice and attended to our every need. We will be going back. I give them 5 stars.

Ive been sitting at the bar for 15 min., the bartender has not even spoke to me, was behind the bar for 2 min then walked off and has come back 4 times and still has not acknowledged me. sad service so far.

Came here with my dad a couple weekends ago and still really haven’t gotten over our experience. We had “unlimited” crab legs at Pho Boy and the place was completely empty when we got there. I say “unlimited” because it’s not unlimited and they only serve like 3 plates of crab per person. False advertising. The women at the front was really nice and helpful, but the other women that would bring out the food was rude for no reason. She acted like we were a burden on her having to do her job and she would make snarky comments towards us like “are y’all finished yet?” Trying to rush us out of there even though there were no other people to take care of. When she wasn’t being rude she was actively ignoring us, so when we needed a refill on our kids sized cups (not what we ordered) we had to go talk to the lady at the front. Just a weird experience overall. The crab was excellent but the service was insane. Covid really made people in the food industry give up.

Crab legs were the worst. They are frozen and steamed. Some were still cold on the inside and it was work to get the meat out. Very disappointed .

What a terrible experience. The lady at the front desk was being so MEAN to the waitresses. The girls were Asian and didn't speak the best English, but they were treating them like they were complete idiots. The food socks. Overpriced watery crabs you can't open. Do not go here!!

What a hidden gem! This is located inside the Boomtown casino. I was a tad skeptical to try Pho in a casino but it was a solid Pho! The broth flavor had depth and the noodles were not mushy. The sliced beef was a little tough but overall very good. My friend chose the egg rolls to snack on and enjoyed them as well. Service was decent but the young lady at the register/hostess area was very friendly. Side note - this place was also offering all you can eat crab legs.

Absolutely horrible! I took one bite out of my hibachi shrimp and almost threw up. The crab legs were horrible, cold, difficult to break open, no flavor. The rice, noodles, shrimp, and vegetables all taste like oily, dirty chemical water. The potatoes had no seasoning. The bread was hard. Nothing was tasteful but the corn and the yumyum sauce. The customers beside us were also complaining of the horrible food. I literally had to chew several mentos to get the after taste out of my mouth. The atmosphere was nice.

They were really struggling with the all you can eat crab. It's not buffet style. I sat for almost 30 minutes before getting some. Had to ask for a something to break the shells with after being served. Got some sauce that I didn't want, and not enough butter which I did want. Also bread, potatoes and corn which I didn't want.

You pay $39.99 for all you can eat snow crabs but it’s not really. It’s not a buffet where you choose. You sit down and wait for staff to bring out a platter of five crab legs, two small potatoes, one small corn ear, piece of bread. You place a crab sign where staff can see so they can bring you 3 legs. If you want more, it’s always 3 legs and it’s a wait. So finally we gave up and was done. Usually when you get a crab leg, it breaks and a large amount of meat is shown. Not this, the leg was rubbery where you had to work hard to get the meat. Very very disappointed. Would not recommend. Very expensive. Also the chicken hibachi had no flavor. Will never go back. The hostess was extremely nice though.

We visited Boom Town for our holiday vacation and went to get the 40 dollar crab leg deal. In the beginning of our experience, my aunt’s meal came out wrong not only ONCE but THREE times. They took her second attempt at beef hibachi and plated it a third time without remaking the meal from scratch. When the meal came out a third time, they still got it wrong. We didn’t say anything a third time but let it go as we didn’t see a point since they couldn’t figure out beef hibachi the first two times. When our all you can eat crab legs came out, they were cold and soft. We couldn’t even break them so we continued to order more and have our family help us break them since it was IMPOSSIBLE to get any meat. Upon having our family help us break our crab open, the manager came out and falsely accused our party of sharing the all you can eat crab legs. What manager comes out to a customer and falsely accuses your guests of eating someone’s meal?? What if this was my child and they couldn’t break open the crab legs? Not to mention an elderly person who has difficulty breaking out the crab but needed help?? Think before you speak. We told her she can watch the footage to verify her accusation was wrong and she was at fault. If you’re going here to eat, make sure you don’t need help opening your crab legs because you will be attacked for getting help from your family members. The manager was super rude and never apologized for falsely accusing our family of sharing the all you can eat crab when everyone ordered a meal and it paid well beyond the price they were worth to begin with. I will never visit this location again. Terrible, disrespectful manager.

If I could give this place 0 STARS I WOULD!!!!! First, my food came out wrong not once, not twice, but 3TIMES!!!!! then they reused the wrong food, just put it on a different plate and served it back to me. I didn't even say anything cause if you can't get it right the first two times, whats the point?‍♀️ Never got our waters, had to walk around looking for silverware for us 4. Not to mention two of my family members ordered the all you can eat crab for 39.99. The shells were so overcooked and soggy that they needed help opening( and of course I was sitting there not doing anything) I was helping my niece and the manager came over and accused me of eating her crab legs!!!!! I CAN'T EVEN EAT CRAB OR SHELL FISH!!!!SHE WAS SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL when we told her why I was assisting her and I asked the manager did you even see me eat these crabs!?! Her reply was, """NO BUT IT WAS IN YOUR HAND"". SERIOUSLY!?!?! IVE NEVER MET A MANAGER SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS BEFORE. Had such a attitude with us.Terrible. Shouldn't be in a management position nor working in customer service if your gonna be that rude and mean to customers especially falsely accusing them of something they didn't do NOR CAN EVEN EAT!!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. On a plus, the guy at the counter taking our order was super friendly and nice. Hopefully he can turn that place around and give some pointers to the manager on how to treat the customers.

The best thing about the new restaurant area is the decor for dine-in. The food was very disappointing. Precooked and on a steam table in back. Hibachi grill was not grilled. Fried rice was not fried. Plastic silverware we had to ask for, no drink unless requested, and no one around to help except for the cashier up front.
