We went inside to eat at this pizza hut location. We went in and was greeted ans sat right away. The server got our drinks right away. The server left and came back and we were still trying to figure out what kind of pizza we wanted. We ordered cheese sticks and asked for her to come back in just a couple of minutes. We waited 25 minutes and had to get someones attention. Then some guy came to rable and didnt know anything wr asked him. He had a horrible smell about him. We asked him about a sign that was in the window and he knew nothing about it. He said his server was busy. We said ok qe are the only ones in here but now we can see why. He left table and some other guy brought us our bread sticks and we asked him about special in window but he didn't have a clue. He took our order and we waited and waited and waited. Finally our server brought our pizza out and took off again. Our drinks where well below half full and she didn't pay one bit of attention. Than she came out to mop the floors and we had to get her attention and ask for our drinks. The special in the window wad if you buy a specialty pizza at regular price you got a medium one topping pizza for free.The catch was it was from last week. The server said they were just to lazy to take sign down. I had to get up to get platws off the supposedly salad bar, which they don't have at night. I can see why there was no one inside. The pizza was ok, the quailty of pizza hut has gone way down. We usually eat other pizza places cause they are closer but we wanted some good pizza hut. We were very disappointed!!

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. Let me just say the service in Mississippi is already by far the worst. But this Pizza Hut, I’m telling you if I was the owner I would be ashamed to call this my store. The people who work here at this place have no pride in their job. Lazy is an understatement. The disrespect was uncalled for. When I asked for a refund I got hung up on twice. When I asked for a supervisor I was lied to. A real huge disappointment when you wait over almost two hours for a pizza when the place was only ten minutes up the road. Do not and I mean do not use this Pizza Hut until there is changes made.

Called 7 times for a to-go order. Placed on hold immediately the first time. Answered then hung up the second time. Answered asked to put on hold the third - then hung up. Immediately hung up the 4th. Asked to be put on hold the 5th, waited 10 mins then hung up. 6th and 7th immediately hung up. Called another local store on Washington, best experience and the nicest customer service. Never will this location get my business again. Terrible.

This is a good place to eat and get full for the price. Only thing wrong is they need to hire more help for the waitress that’s already here. They have her busting tables, sitting people, serving drinks, and cashing people out. She’s the only one taking care of the entire front.

Terrible customer service put me on hold and yelled at me when I called back said online tastemaker confuses customers it’s just a cheese pizza you have to add toppings for an extra 1.60 per topping fee. I will never order from them again. ?

Order pizza online and right as the food was suppose to be delivered outside they call to tell me they couldn't deliver my order after it was paid for.....manager and staff on duty stated the bridge wasn't open as I look out the 20th floor window from the IP Casino watching the traffic come across the bridge. Not only am I posting it here but I'm also contacting corporate office to help explain to their employee just because you don't want to sit in traffic doesn't mean a bridge is closed.
