It’s like you stepped back in time. You walk into the cafe and you feel like you have stepped into 1940. The staff is friendly and the food is good. I would recommend this place for a nice breakfast and chat. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Fantastic restaurant with awesome food and great service. Everything we have ever ordered has been great and served with a smile. The owner walks the floor making sure all is well and makes everyone feel welcome.

What an awesome place, the food is amazing and so is the service. We've been countless times and have never had a bad experience. My favorite is the fried catfish dinner, best I've ever eaten. If ever in the area I highly recommend this place. Only negative thing I could say is they don't serve alcohol, sometimes I like a glass of wine with my meal, but I settle for a tall glass of ice tea, the house wine of the south.

The problem is every time I have to go order they leave something out every time my husband loves the catfishing red beans but you used to have cornbread now they don't have cornbread you have to have cornbread with your red beans I'm tired of having to go back and get items because it's left out gas is too expensive these days to be running back and forth. This highway to 30 minutes for my food and it was still wrong I'll show you used to have a really good lemon cake but they haven't had it in a while they have another lemon cake with cream cheese and it is awfulParking: They definitely need a bigger parking lot

5-Star omelette with a 1-Star experience... First the service was good, and the fiesta omelette was excellent. However, it took OVER AN HOUR from the time we ordered to when we got our food!! We only ordered an omelette and biscuits and gravy. There were only two guys cooking on what has to be the world's smallest grill. I'm pretty sure my compact camping grill has more space then what these poor guys were trying to cook on.We watched multiple people walk out after waiting 45 minutes for food that never came!! Plus several other tables get extremely frustrated as well. We asked several times about our food because let's be honest an HOUR for breakfast food is ridiculous. The owner really needs to invest in a better kitchen/cook set up because the poor guys cooking are set up for failure. There is no way they can support so many orders when the grill is only big enough to cook one thing at a time.

As average as it can be, there is nothing wrong about this place, but I don't think I'll visit again.

We are down in Biloxi visiting and found this little restaurant. The service was top notch! It is priced really well, and there is a lot of food for the cost. The meat lovers omelet was packed full. Eggs cooked to perfection, and my son said his French toast was a 10 million out of 10 stars!Jamie was our server and we just loved getting to know her.Highly recommend PortCity Cafe if you need a great breakfast/ brunch spot!

every time I place it to go order I get home and some of my food is missing and I do not feel like driving back up there after waiting 30 minutes for me to go order. when you pay for food you should get what you order not part of your food

The pot roast was sooo good. The jambalaya was phenomenal. All was so good went back for breakfast the next morning for biscuits and gravy and an omelet

Waited 1 hour and 15 mins for our breakfast on Sunday. Place wasn't busy. When food arrived, grits cold. Meat lovers omelet meat was burnt and inedible. Hashbrowns, which looked like individual french fries, were burnt up. Biscuit came from a package. Server's very apologetic for the ineptitude of the line cook. They were disgruntled as well. Can't go back however for such poor food and kitchen service.

Friends have told me to visit this restaurant that I would love the food and atmosphere. Especially, the college pennants. I went twice in two weeks, once with my church dinner group, only about eight people. The food and service were mediocre at best. We waited over 40 minutes to get served. My hamburger bun was hard as was the hamburger. The side I ordered that was a house specialty was bland. The next visit was in the evening, at 5:30. With a total of six people. The waitress took our order and the first person got their food at 6:18. By the time the entire group was served it was 6:45. The waitress reminded us that they close at seven. We ordered mostly sandwiches and friend fish dinner. I’m not going for three times and your out. No more
