Went there the other day and was informed that it’s been broken for the past few years. Really bummed because I wanted a robot drink. I hope it gets fixed at some point.

Yes it's a robot bartender. Yes it's taking a job away from someone. But it's a robot bartender! Sooo neat to order + watch this gadget pour, mix and shake each concoction.

This was just a cool add on to the Hard Rock! I was happy until it started making my drink and the robot dumped it out 7 times in a row due to he staff not refilling the limes! They could not figure out what was wrong. 25 minutes later the manager of this RoboBar came out and they put limes in the machine. She handed me my drink and at that time I asked for a refund and she snatched the drink I had waited for for over 25 minutes away and said she would give me a refund but I could not keep the drink. This is, mind you, after this thing dumped 7 drinks out! The machines are very cool and I understand that they are machines but the management was very rude and the way she spoke to a customer was very terrible. She was the worst person to deal with. I couldn't believe she snatched my drink from me and was going to give me my 8.00 back! I ended up taking the drink and not the refund but seriously she could have at least apologized or acted as if she is in the customer service industry!!

The Robobar is the coolest thing I've ever seen before. You have 2 robots serving a full bar. The mix and shake the right amount of alcohol with whatever drink you would like and it comes out perfect. They have very nice attendants available to help if you want extra ice or limes to your drink. They also replace the bottle when they are empty. I can't wait to go back to get another margarita on the rocks. The waitress said there are only 2 Robobars in the country... Here in Biloxi and one in Vegas.
