I went to sonic in Biloxi Mississippi on Pass road to try the new garlic bacon cheeseburger. I paid for 3 of them along with 2 cheeseburgers from the kids menu along with onion rings and tater totts. When I got home I found that I didn't get any of the garlic bacon cheeseburgers. Instead I got 3 regular bacon cheeseburgers that were edible at best. The children's burgers had half a patty of meat each and the tater totts were over cooked and hard. At the onion rings were ok.

RUDE employees for no reason! Judging by other reviews this location needs a change in management! They also decided to close the dining room early and act like we were invisible when trying to place an order.

First the lady at the window said have a goodnight without handing us our shakes. Mistakes happen, I understand, but then we were waiting at the window waiting for someone to come back so we could get our shakes. Multiple different employees saw us and did nothing. Finally, the same worker came back and just opened the window and looked at us, so we told her we were missing two shakes. She then rudely responded with “Yeah they’re coming out right now.” She handed us the shakes but one of them was the completely wrong flavor, and we know we ordered the right things because the right order was on the screen. She then walked away immediately after giving the shakes to us. We did not want to have to sit there and wait for someone to finally come back and notice us, so we left. Terrible customer service and can’t get orders right. If you are craving Sonic, pick a different one.

Will never go back again. No customer service and noticed ann employee was vaping where they prepare /cook the food. When we first pulled up thru the drive thru we ordered a corn dog and two ice cream treats. Upon paying the lady at the window she was rushing giving us our order, we reminded her we needed spoons, she gave us one for the two ice cream treats, closed the window and walked away. Upon trying to get her attention to get another spoon we noticed an employee vaping in the kitchen area. Came to the window gave us the spoon we asked for and walked away. To top it off the corn dog was cold, we tried reheating it in our toaster oven at home it was just no good.

Worst customer service. Literally stood there for ten minutes not one person stopped to help me. 2 people literally came to the pos to clock in and still didn’t help me. Then one guy sat at the front counter with his back turned for about 5 minutes. I ended up just leaving

What start out as a “0” rating on the food and services was corrected promptly by Caleb the shift manager. The original order was for three 1/4 pound double cheeseburgers, a large onion ring and a large tater tot. After getting home we had three hamburgers thrown together and two large fries. I was not happy, however after I called the sonic facility and spoke to Caleb he remade the order and got it right. However, I would not recommend the 1/4 pound double cheeseburgers nor will I buy them again!! The hamburger patties were over cooked just like the original order. Caleb is solely responsible for us remaining customers of this facility. I believe in patronizing local businesses until they make a decision to providing poor quality and bad service. Hopefully this is an isolated incident.

Went through the drive thru and ordered my wife breakfast....got home to burnt bread and burnt bacon..I called with the woman on speaker she said I could bring the receipt back and get food I said I had to go to work then she said I was being rude and didn't appreciate it asked me what I wanted her to do then she said to bring my receipt tomorrow and she would refund or redo the order and hung up on me...worst customer service ever...if you don't like your job find another one

My kid had a long stringy hair in her food and they didn’t want to refund me they only wanted to refund the burrito not the whole meal even though my appetite was destroyed due to their nastiness. I wouldn’t eat there again if my life depended on it. On top of that before we started to eat i had to come back and ask for a condiment because they didn’t give us any and they tried to charge 25 cent per pack. Everyone in this location needs to be fired since they don’t value their job especially the rude blonde girl at the window.

The worker (Sean) was nice and tried to fix our order but it wads all a mess. The wait time at the order kiosk and the pick up window was terrible. They were out of chicken for the kids pack so they asked if they could substitute popcorn chicken then they didn't give us any chicken at all. We ordered a kids pack but didn't get the bag and toy (I had to ask for it). Overall it was a terrible experience

Everytime I go here they never know about the coupons and or can't find the button,are say it's in app even though it says in store too , then after I complain about how y'all always act like u can't find the button, boom u find the button, y'all need to get with y'all's company about emailing u the couponsspecials for the month
