Always a great place to eat. Service same ...great. the only thing that was seem to be a little disappointing was the food. The food flavors or fantastic as always however folks portion size has decreased. It is a little loud depending on where you sit and where we said it was slightly loud. Sit farther in the back away from the casino and away from other big tables and it will be nice and quiet. My favorite was the seafood manicotti but that was my husband's meal. I had to lasagna and a portion again has decreased so much and it was well okay. I would definitely get to seafood manicotti next time.

Filet, mashed potatoes and blue cheese salad on point. Tim gave great recommendations.

Service was exceptionally slow all through the meal. On more than one occasion an employee from each are of the restaurant was rude. We had been here before, and liked it very much, but this was just terrible this year.

Always a great go to option when visiting Beau Rivage. Staff is friendly, bar is a great place to eat. The ribeye rivals that of the adjacent steak house. Mussels appetizer is huge and enough for two.Wine list could be a little more upscale.

Not sure what happened to Stallas. It has taken a sled ride downhill. Too many new chefs since the Italian chef left a year ago. Drinks were nice. I ordered a 2nd drink, it never arrived. Tomato Basil Soup was superb, that is if you like cold soup. Delicious but cold. Fettuccini with chicken was luke warm and the chicken was literally cold. Waitress offered to reheat it. Now for the other. Veal Picatta. I guess I got the child's portion first of all. So small was almost laughable. This "should be" a lemony with capers sauce. It wasn't lemony almost no capers and the Veal was small and a joke. And cold. We are/were regular every time visitor. Not anymore. Couldn't be more disappointed.

This place did not disappoint! They were extremely busy but we were greeted by the food and beverage manager, Amanda. We were trying to use a MGM Grand gift card and we were treated with kindness and respect. They said they had instant availability for two at the chef's table facing the kitchen. This could not have been, a more romantic and special experience. It was our first time to this restaurant in the Italian food was delicious. We are vegetarian and the eggplant Parmesan is a must. They split the dish as well as our salads and made us feel right at home. We will return to this restaurant again when in the area. This is a must go if you love good Italian and having romantic dinner.

Excellent food and service! Even though this is an Italian restaurant, the steaks are SO good. I highly recommend eating here!

Overall, it is a good dining experience there, but sometimes the food is inconsistent. The wait staff, the hostess and everyone engaged is always very friendly and eager to ensure that you have a good quality meal. We recently had to seafood, manicotti, the chicken, marsala, and a few side dishes that were good. Sometimes the food comes out at a tepid temperature. It Hass to be reheated is the inconsistency that we tend to find when dining there.

This Italian restaurant is located in the Beau Rivage casino. It is has a great ambiance with the decor and open kitchen. We arrived early for a 9:30 p.m. reservation and were told it would likely be 9:35 p.m. before the table was ready. It was a few minutes late, but it wasn't a big deal. Our server was extremely efficient and friendly. We were immediately served warm bread with olive oil, hummus and a tomato sauce for dipping. The server asked if we'd like butter and brought that. The bread was very delicious. For our meal, we ordered the antipasti plate, calamari, Caprese salad, linguine with clams and lasagna. Most were pretty underwhelming. The antipasti is always my favorite item at an Italian restaurant, and this one was fine with a variety of meats, cheeses, olives and vegetables. I thought it was a little pricey ($25) for what you got. The Caprese salad's tomatoes were a little lacking in quality. They weren't very flavorful and had a poor texture. The calamari was OK but just seemed to be missing something in terms of flavor. My husband ate the clam linguine, and again, it just seemed to be slightly lacking in flavor and didn't have many clams. We each had a bite of lasagna and took the rest to go. It was pretty good but again just seemed to be missing something. I wanted this meal to be great, and I found it to be pretty mediocre. I've definitely had better Italian food at other restaurants on the coast.

Two hour wait on a Monday for overpriced casino food? They need more staff.

Service was excellent. Bread was fantastic. Lasagna was very good. Chicken piccata was good. Of course Italian pasta dishes are very heavy and stick with you for a while, no exception here. Nicely decorated and lit.

Had dinner last night, spent $200 for two. The squid ink pasta came out boiling hot, but clearly lacked flavors. As for my veal parmesean, it came out cold, sent it back (as did the patron dining next to me for same), new dish came outer hot, as expected. The parmasean , like the ink pasta, clearly lacked any noticeable flavor. My Grey Goose martini was diluted with water and charged $18.Needless to say, our meal was a total disappointment. Will never go back for canned sauces again. Shame on Stalla.

Our family had dinner here on Xmas Eve, and the food and service was disappointing. The signature dryrub steak ($48) tasted nothing but sugar rub on a piece of steak. My husband only orders the steak whenever we eat here and he said it was horrible. Our server never bothered to refill our water..eventhough our Fiji bottle and cups were empty whenever they walked by. We had to waved them down for water (2x) and asked them to clear some of the dishes for us to make room and try to enjoy our entrées. Our reservation was at 815pm so the rush was over so I don't know why it was so hard to get decent service.
